The room was clean and had everything I needed. The bed was comfy. It’s just a short walk to a tram stop, plus there’s a small Aldi and Rewe nearby. Check-in with a code was super easy, and communication with the host on Booking went smoothly.

The only issue was the noise — surprisingly, not from the street, but from the bathroom fan. Since the bathroom had no window, the fan ran constantly. The price wasn’t too high, but I did miss at least some basic air conditioning — it was a bit too warm.

Great location to quickly reach the Altmarkt Platz or Frauenkirchen. If you cannot walk, the Strassenbahn is very close by. The apartment is not on the street side (Strassenbahn), so it is very quiet. The apartment is big and well furnished. It is under the roof, so quite warm but the 2 windows have "jalousie" and curtains. So it is easy to avoid over-warming. The bed is great. There are a lot of cabinets for food and clothes storage. The kitchen is very well equipped, even with a microwave. Soap and taps for the dish washer were provided. A couple of words to reach excellence: a shelf in the bathroom for cosmetic items and a chair to put clothes would be nice, the bathroom is pretty big! a chair and small table for the balcony

The fridge is load, it is only disturbing in the night but if you have a snoring partner, no worries, the fridge is not that load!!!

It's a huge apartment in reach of the center. There were enough place even for work. Big table allowed both of us work there. The apartment located close to the center. But anyway you would need to walk a bit - 20-30 mins to the historical part.

Location is good, nevertheless there are only few options of breakfast restarants nearby with limited menu. The parking is not available on site, but there is street park right behind the building - 6 euros per day.

Check in was a bit cumbersome with a link where you have to upload a photo of your passport/id to wait for a booking message with your entry code. Make sure to take care of it before you arrive to not be standing in the cold. Also there is no luggage room if you need to depart later, wifi in my room didn't work but using the neighbour room wifi was no problem, the blinds on one of the windows were broken as well.

The appartnent is clean and nice. Also when I have questions, an owner answered fast, even when the questions were stupid:). A good place, quiet, not far from city center, there are supermarkets in the near, internet works, kitchen. I really enjoyed it.

It's not about an appartment, but stupid marketing of booking.com. they write the price such as 58.56 euros, and my check was for this amount. Later I found that there was 101 euro taken from my card. +Cleaning 35 eur and + two taxes. Usually in booking if there is extra price it is small, but here it's almost a half of a price, not very nice surprise, dear booking. If we talk about the appartment itself...Just one small detail. Maybe it would be better if this class appartnent has a bath, not only shower. But it's not important for me, but for my father it would be important.

Close to transit. Comfortable. Laundry onsite with app. Easy access to neighborhoods and tourist attractions/Hbf. Asked for one of three rooms to be opened early so we could drop off bags, got some back push, but they pulled through and let us in early. Had no place to store bags and sightsee otherwise. Came from Berlin.

Hot in May with no fans and heavy comforters—hint remove inside of duvets. Loud with windows open on the transit side. Little sterile and loud in hallways. Little creepy in the hallways, but people we did see (sparse) seem fine and we liked it, just not anything I’ve seen in the US. Detour outside due to construction is annoying. It will pass. Tv was in wrong place for US tourists. Should be able to view from bed, not couch. US thing…

Contactless check-in with clear instructions. Easy to locate. Convenient tram line access to the main town and train station. Short stroll to supermarkets at nearby corner. 10 min walk to the main city square. Spacious and clean. Very comfortable mattress and fresh, quality bedding and bath towels. Fridge with freezer👍. Excellent kitchenette with good utensils, cookware, dishwasher and exhaust over stove top (a rarity). Kettle, toaster, iron, hairdryer. Comfy couch and dining table. The best convection microwave oven we've ever come across!!👍👍 Adequate clothes robe with hangers. Lovely, modern, clean, spacious apartment. Very nice, friendly cleaning staff upon departure. As mentioned in other reviews, the bathroom desperately needs shelf space and hooks to hang towels. We had to set up the ironing board in the bathroom to place personal hygiene products and cosmetics. The shower curtain is inadequate and water covers the bathroom floor. There is no mop to clean up. There's a broom but no dustpan!? There are no cleaning supplies or appropriate sponges for wiping. Fortunately we travel with antibacterial wipes and paper towels. The television is useless to international travellers. Every channel is in German. No ability to cast streaming platforms no matter how you try.

No coffees, no teas in the flat. If you’re there for just couple of nights you have to stock up, afterwards travel with it. Didn’t like lack of pressure in the shower and there’s a curtain instead of a sturdy glass. The windows have a view over the street and it’s quite close to the pavement so someone could climb up if they wanted to.

The shower spills everywhere - not angled enough, the shower curtain is not long enough to cover the shower, there is not one shelf or cupboard in the bathroom, I had nowhere to put my facewash or makeup. The outlet is next to the sink so it's hard to wash your face and try not to splash the outlet with water. They provided only 2 toilet paper rolls for 2 people and 6 nights. The TV is above the bed frame which we found weird, but soon found out why that is. It doesn't work.

The location is great. You can easily get there from Hauptbahnof via tram - the tram station is under 5 mins walk from the apartment. The tram and bus stations near the apartment easily get you to different parts of the city. There is a mini mall near by with with grocery stores and other stores as needed. Apartment was neat and clean and appliances are in good condition. There were sufficient towels and bed linen and kitchen cutlery too.
