Excellent location, just a 15-minute walk from Cologne/Bonn Airport, and very convenient with a free shuttle service to the terminal. All staff members were professional and courteous, especially Mohammed, whose warm hospitality, attention to detail, and genuine willingness to help went above and beyond. He truly made my stay comfortable and memorable — a shining example of exceptional customer service.

Parking isn’t free—about €15/day. A small misunderstanding with one receptionist (who mentioned she was new) was promptly and professionally handled by her colleague, showing great ownership and swift action.

When we reached the hotel Mr. yourself bentayeb was at reception, and he welcomed us with a warm heart. Though we reached early then our check in time he made sure we had the room n made us comfortable, even later we needed information as to how to commute to and fro in cologne he was really helpful and went out of his way to give us direction a and train details which was very helpful and will never forget his kind gesture..he is a great asset to Leonardo hotel.even the other receptionist and the shuttle drivers were very helpful a big thank from us. The hotel location was excellent. Located very near Cologne/Bonn Airport & also the train to the city. A hotel shuttle bus is available to bring you to airport on request which we utilised the morning of our flight. Otherwise it is a 10/15 minute walk to the airport & airport train station. Trains to the city are regular & take approx 15 minutes which was great. Hotel was very clean, quiet & staff were accommodating & friendly. Rooms were spacious.

The airport shuttle is really handy, it goes often and it is included in the price. The restaurant staff are very pleasant and friendly, The reception staff are very helpful with information. The rooms are comfy and have space in them.

The communication in advance . I specifically asked about a late check out. Twice. I asked again on arrival. They had to check. I ended up paying an extra fee which I didn't mind. But then I had housekeeping at my door for regular checking out time. That wasn't great on their systems

The staff was very friendly and the location was great. The shuttle service made it all very convenient. The room and attached private bathroom were also quite a nice size. The only disappointment is that there were no accurate information provided about the shuttle service. I had to book a taxi instead due to the odd travel time.

I had booked this hotel specifically due to the location and the airport shuttle as advertised on the site. But I was not informed that we need to call a number to book the shuttle when we arrive at the airport. The chatbot indicated there were no shuttle service. I wish the information was a little bit clearer.

We stayed at this hotel for five days while attending Koelnmesse. The location is excellent—right next to the airport—with a free shuttle service that takes just five minutes. Despite being so close to the airport, noise was not an issue at all. The breakfast was amazing, offering a wide variety of choices. The bed was comfortable, and the rooms were spacious enough. Most importantly, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

I felt very comfortable and made to feel very welcome being a single lady traveller. The ambience decor. Lovely thru n Thru. I walked it from the arrival terminal. And used shuttle service for Departure. Breakfast huge selection hot cold cereals very impressed. All staff happy polite and attentive. Thank you.

Room tad too hot for my liking. The manager did say they will address the A/C unit. Very very comfortable bed. Spacious room. Will definitely stay or book with Leonardo Hotels again.

Lovely hotel with spacious rooms. Very comfortable bed and an excellent shower. When I arrived at the airport and called for the van, a very pleasant and articulate woman assisted me. The driver arrived in a few minutes and was also very helpful.

While everything about the hotel was great, some workers started pounding and drilling directly over my room a few minutes before 9 hours. It was SO loud as if they were hammering in my room. Very disturbing at such an early hour when I come to a hotel to rest.

I was impressed by the kindness and professionalism of the Maitre D', he was genuinely attentive and offered services beyond expectation. After learning my special food needs he took innitiative and offered me a special menu whithout been asked for!

The nasty experience came from the receptionist at the check-out: when I asked him for an invoice for the money I paid he charged me once again! He didn't wanted to accept my evidence that I paid, in the end I left and he charged me once more. I had to clarify and solve the matter later on, over an email correspondence.

communicate ineffective. I ask for a baby cot a week before my arrival I was rest assured that will be one in the room. and surprise no cot in the room ( was late we had a early morning flight so I wasn’t happy because my little one was fussy already)
