Set in a nice, country area. The staff were very friendly and the room was clean. Breakfast was amazing and I highly recommend it as it was not only delicious but a great variety.. There was a small fridge/mini bar which was useful and a safe of someone stayed longer. Tea/coffee was located on the main lounge area instead of the individual rooms.

Our room didn't have AC and the bathroom sink trap was slightly damaged so the water didn't drain properly in certain positions. I would also recommend the hotel add a leaflet about access to tea/coffee/wi-fi passwords as we had to go back to reception to ask about all of these.

Wide spready of products, perfect quality, very good offer. There is literally nothing I would change.

The worst coffee in the world. These machines are just mixing instant coffee (or a gel) insteady of having a high wuality beans like it would suite to the hotel of this category. Really annyoing after the whole day of trainings and meeting to drink this coffee.

I like the location as it is a little countryside. Nice and quiet and is close to the Elfrathers Sea where you can walk or run.

I don't like paying parking in a countryside hotel. it doesn't make sense as you need a car to stay there. (but it doesn't put me off)

Very good location who is on transit , nice park around, friendly staff, tasty food, good size room.

The bath , instead of having bath make a wet room because now it's very dangerous.

Air conditioning in room did nothing and the room was really hot. Reception explained that the A/C only works if it is hot outside the building. We ended up sleeping with the window open and now covered in insect bites.

Rooms are quite noisy , i.e. I heard noise coming from room above mine of somebody moving furniture

Motorway to the hotel blocked. Inconvenient, but nothing the hotel could have done against.
