I liked the overall quality of the property. The rooms were clean and spacious enough for our group of seven. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring we had a comfortable stay. The hotel’s amenities met our needs, and the family rooms provided the extra space required for our group. Additionally, the location was convenient for our travels to Dortmund for the Euro 2024 match between Albania and Italy.

The city of Krefeld itself was somewhat boring with limited activities and attractions to explore during our downtime. Additionally, while the hotel met our expectations, there were no standout features or exceptional experiences that made it memorable beyond being a convenient and comfortable place to stay.

I liked It wasn't cold in the room and that the radiator worked. I slept well, I loved the fact that there was hot water in the sink and under the shower! It's not that common, especially in the winter. And as for a thub-user it is very important for me to warm-up before I go out. Breakfast was OK, all that I normally need in the morning like scrambled eggs, sausage, jam, croissant, different cheeses and hot tea <3 Best were the grilled vegetables on my last day. Shower is big enough, clean, looks new, very comfortable door. Thank you for letting me check-in so early in the morning!

What could be better: hangers in the bathroom for hand towel, for cosmetic bag etc. Hanger for main towel to dry out, little shelf under shower for cosmetics - not everyone will like this shower gel already installed in the bathroom, it's very fruity and too acidic in smell for me. Carpeting in the corridor - too intense and old smelling to go through the corridor without covering your nose.

Good information before arrival. Nice hotel. Good price. Underground parking worked fine. Wifi was alright. Very kind and helpful staff. Very good breakfast. Plenty of restaurants and different shops within walking distance.

Someone was too much noisy upstairs of my room after 11pm. Walking loudly. Someone was smoking continuously so my room was smelling. Actually it was hot weather I need to keep open my window.

No 24 hour reception so take into consideration. no AC in my room.

Good situation, close to the station and local trams, buthas a car park if you need it. Vey comfortable modern room and an excellent buffet breakfast.

Because of road works it’s fully noisy outside. Kind of alarm sound started outside from morning 5 which makes me not to sleep.
