This is a very clean and contemporary hotel less than a five minute walk from the railway station [Landshut Hbf] (from which I needed to travel every day). The city centre itself is a 20 minute walk away or a short bus ride (buses 3 & 6) from the stop outside of Landshut Hbf. I had room 224 - a very cosy double room for my single occupancy. The bed is easily one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in; I looked forward to getting into bed each day! The shower had a good and constant water pressure and was nice and hot. I am a big fan of the scent of the complimentary shower gel! The free wifi is fast with excellent connectivity and I really appreciated the air conditioning unit which kept the room cool in the heat of the Bavarian summer night. The bar area in reception is lovely. Splendid design. A range of fairly priced foods and beverages are on offer. The free lemon water is a really nice touch; I appreciated that every day when coming in from the summer heat outside! I was also able to leave my bag with the hotel both prior to check in and after check out, which was very helpful. Overall, one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had, and at only 49€ per night (room only rate), it was excellent value. I hope to stay again one day!

My only very minor complaint is that the receptionist would not allow me to check in to my room when I arrived at 12pm, even though she admitted the room was ready, insisting that check in was only permitted from 3pm onwards, unless I was willing to pay an early check in fee of 30€. Whilst I appreciate that the official check in time is 3pm, I don't see what the problem is in allowing an early check in if the room is ready. ...but, only a minor inconvenience during an otherwise thoroughly enjoyable stay!

Clean, convenient location, very good breakfast great choice. Staff helpful. I asked to change rooms immediately because of my mum with her walking stick and it was actioned straight away to a disabled room with space and a double bed which was so much better for her.

We thought your supreme twin was tiny, we expected it to be much bigger. We were also placed opposite the lift, so it would have been noisy. My mum uses a stick due to a bad back and it was unsafe to get around the room. Once we had changed rooms to disabled. She also sadly got up and pressed the red button by accident when she was tired. It rang around the whole hotel after midnight. I rang the central emergency line and spoke to somebody, central line said no one local was contactable, there was no staff on site and guests were woken up. Thankfully I did find out how to reset it after 30mins. If a person had been actually disabled and injured this could have been very serious for them.

Location for me was very good because I was next to the train station and buses. However, this might not be ideal for some. Rooms are basic but clean and adequate. Long term maintenance. Carpets in the corridor on first floor could do with a shampoo also the one in my room was badly stained. Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet had a good selection but €18 is a bit steep. Plenty of car parking spaces in the evening. Amenities within walking distance as is the town but €2.50 takes you into town by bus. I highly recommend this hotel as I have stayed here Summer and Winter and found it good value for money.

The fact that there is no cleaning of the toilet. I can cope with no hoovering or bed making but I clean my toilet daily at home and believe this is one area that should not be considered for saving the planet.

I had an overnight layover in Munich on a Tuesday, with an early morning departure on Wednesday (one of the first flights out). Unfortunately my usual Hotel in the Airport area was fully booked and for some reason everything else was much more expensive than usual (4-8 times the rates I usually saw). A property where I had booked in Moosburg canceled my booking due to overbooking. So, I was looking for a place close to the railway line leading to the airport, and found this Ibis still had availability at a reasonable rate, and would allow me about 6.5 hours of rest. The hotel is practically next to the railway station, with good soundproofing. The check-in was at the hotel bar and quickly done. Spacious room, with a very comfortable bed. Everything was clean, and the shower had good pressure and temperature. The elevator playing traditional Bavarian music was fun. I don't know if I would book again here for an early flight, not because of the hotel, but because I would be worried regarding delays or cancelations of the trains. But, I would fully choose it again for a visit to Landshut.

As a solo traveller the following is not an issue, but if people share a room the bathroom door is frosted glass, meaning if someone needs to use it at night, the light will illuminate the bedroom and potentially wake the other person.

After a 14h flight from Japan I needed a bed not too far from Munich airport to recover - and Landshut is very easy to reach by direct train from the terminal, with a good price and a comfortable bed. The staff is very friendly and I could get a beer and a pizza in the lobby to keep me awake a bit longer. One great feature is the late check-time at noon, which allowed me to go for a walk in the lovely medieval city of Landshut the next morning while keeping all my stuff in the room.

I chose it for proximity to the train station. This also meant I could buy hot food, snacks etc as there's a few outlets at the station. Room was fine. It's a pleasant walk to the old town and there are buses from the station. I took a taxi up to the castle, and it wasn't very expensive. Definitely more pleasant to walk down the hill from the castle than up to it :)

No kettle in the room is disappointing for a business style hotel. Have to go down to the lobby to make a tea or coffee (I travel with a plunger and supplies) and that felt awkward- one staff member had said it was fine, but then another challenged me as I wasn't having breakfast there. The loud Bavarian oompa music in the lift is fun the first time but wears thin after a few trips.

Modern, clean, well maintained, no scuffs or wear. Everything worked. Location right by railway station and bus stops but well sound-proofed so heard nothing with window closed. Comfortable bed. Room is ok size for one person and although a bit tight for two people it is good value for money.

Staff were always nice but not always around so sometimes had to wait a few minutes to find somebody. Bathroom door is glass and angled into the room slightly and although 70% opaque and well sealed so cuts out most sound, you need to be comfortable sharing a room with somebody.

A perfect place for one night for our family of for traveling through Europe. We had 2 rooms next to each other on 5th floor. It was quiet and clean, air condition was working perectly. Breakfast was very good as well. We has a lovely dinner in at Indian restaurant across the bridge (about 7 min walk).

Its a bit far away from the ci ty center, but sightseeing was not a purpose of our trip.

Proximity to rail station was great

No kettle it water in room. There is a good breakfast which would set you up for the day but it’s quite expensive. There is a Mareis bakery nearby where you can buy a nice reasonably priced breakfast. Dinner options are limited but the Turkish restaurants are good value for money and very tasty food

We stayed here for 3 nights and had a good experience overall. The location is very convenient, close to the train station, making it easy to travel around. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable, but the room itself was quite small. However, for a short stay, it was perfectly fine. All in all, a pleasant stay!
