We stayed for only 1 night at this hotel. The reception and the staff there were very welcoming. The hotel is modern and clean. The room was comfortable, enough space, lovely bathroom/shower, and we had an electric kettle and coffee in our room. Breakfast was super with a wide selection to satisfy your likes. The parking right next to the hotel was perfect because we were travelling by car. The hotel was near to the places we wanted to visit, one of which was the Titanic Museum (Titanic Die Ausstellung) - only a few minutes drive away. We also visited the Christmas Market in Ludwigsburg which was one of the Christmas Markets we enjoyed most while in Germany and which I highly recommend visiting to all travellers who go to Ludwigsburg during the Christmas season. Our stay in Ludwigsburg was amazing in all ways. I am happy to have visited this place and to have been in this hotel. We have been in NH hotels before, and have never been disappointed. We will choose NH again in the future.

Very clean rooms, towels & co. included. The room is quite "spartan", without too much design, but focused on utility - beds, TV, working free WiFi, small desk & chairs, bathroom. The position close to the main train station (4min on foot) makes it a good hotel for short overnights when you have to travel to the city. They offer paid (!) parking places in a parking-building near-by. Take care in case you come with a big 4x4 car or mini-bus, the height limit is 2m !!

The MHP arena near-by can be noisy in case they have in that weekend a show or concert outdoors - although the windows of the hotel reduced the noise quite well. Just to take this into account in case you are very sensitive to noises at all during sleep - like for example ask for a room on the other side of the hotel, not to the MHP arena.

Good location, convenient for trains to Stuttgart. Desk staff were very friendly, helpful. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable and shower had good water pressure. Breakfast was good. 10-15 minute walk to downtown area of Ludwigsburg which had many good restaurants and attractions.

The area directly around the hotel isn’t that attractive, didn’t create a great first impression of the hotel, though not their fault. Staff in dining area at breakfast weren’t particularly friendly but that’s a minor complaint.

Quietness and good location were notable. Also, the staff were friendly and easy to communicate with. I could come and go as I pleased. It was a good private space to withdraw to when tired. The breakfast selection was very good. I liked the facility for leaving luggage beyond check out.

The room had two chairs, however they were not comfortable. I would also have liked a better selection of teabags in the room.

the internet and the in room policy book both said it had air conditioning and that was a complete lie. i chose that hotel because it said it had air conditioning. when i pointed this out to the front desk girl she had such an visible and detectable bad attitude like i was such an inconvenience to her. we needed 2 twin rooms and she gave us a double and when we asked for a room change another bad attitude. we had no coffee service in room and when i asked for that in lieu of the air conditioning lie she had another attitude towards me. she had the coffee service delivered but then when the room was cleaned it didn’t get cleaned and replenish for the next day. breakfast buffet way too pricey.

Room temperature was perfect, considering that those days it was 30 degrees outside. Bed was comfortable and scrumbled eggs on the breakfast buffet were tasty. I also liked that the shower has complete set of shampoo, conditioner and body wash, and then also we have body lotion available.

Location is great with very short and easy access to the train station for us as our group headed to Canstatter Volksfest. Rooms were very clean, modern, and comfortable. The parking garage is next door with ample space for even a large minivan.

Very clean and staff were exceptionally helpful with my needs.

Would like the disabled rooms to have 2 beds as I’m in a wheelchair and require help with showering. Staff were excellent with my needs and upgraded me to what they thought was best

- It wasn't very clean - just doing a proper clean would make a massive difference - No kettle and fridge in the room - it's a small change but would make the stay much more comfortable

Counter staff are friendly. The rooms are very clean and tidy. The location is near the train station which allows you to travel to Stuttgart from Ludwingburg.
