Location for an early morning departure was perfect. Loved the Ibis baggage carts.

Could not shower because of only cold water running...No water boiler/kettle, bought one at the Müller.

Everything was great: the room was really clean, the pillows were comfortable, and the hotel's location was wonderful - about 3–5 minutes from HBF, but in a very quiet and safe area. I was glad to find such a modern, clean hotel near the station at such short notice and at such an affordable price.

All was good - room clean and quiet, and the woman who checked me in was friendly and spoke wonderful English.

The location was perfect for getting around Ludwigsburg and into Stuttgart easily. Staff were amazing and super helpful with everything we needed! Beds were really comfortable and the amenities were all great! But would probably say the best part was the breakfast... So many options and great value! Delicious hot and cold options and fueled us for the day! Will definitely stay here again!

The hotel room was small but nicely refurbished. The location is perfect next to the train station. The quiet room was really quiet. The reception staff was very friendly with a smile every day.

The bed mattress was ok but pillow and duvet could be more comfortable. The smoker corner right next to the entrance is not great.

We had traveled all day and were not sure where we would end up, so thank goodness this hotel has an anytime cancelation policy. We needed an easy place to sleep for the night. It was very easy to get from the main station on Stuttgart to this location in Ludwigsburg. The hotel is right across the street from the train station. It is in a pretty quiet location next to restaurants as well. The room worked for us for the night. There was little privacy where the shower was but it's fine for one night. We slept well. They gave us extra pillows when we asked so that was awesome. We didn't eat breakfast there but went across the street to the fabulous bakery across the street.

The location of the shower was odd. You can't control the AC. We had the windows cracked but had to close them early in the morning because the train station was loud. Other wise the hotel worked great for one night!

The hotel and room was wonderfully cool in the summer heateave. It's a budet hotel... so most things have been reduced to a minimum: No minibar. No bathroom door. No kettle, comfy chair or hairdryer... but that's fine by me - I mostly just want a QUIET place to sleep. And this was wonderfully quiet!

Decor. Cleanliness. Efficiency of bathroom and plumbing. Soundproof. Comfortable bed and good quality bed linen. Good lighting for the room and bathroom in general. Many parking possibilities nearby.

No bedside light to read by. Window did not open.

The property is super clean and newly renovated. A lady serving breakfast is charming.

Please be aware that a hairdryer needs to be taken at a service desk for 10 euro deposit . Adding a couple of chairs to the waiting area at the front desk would benefit those who meets in lobby.

When the guest in the room next closes his door, the whole wall (where the bed is) shakes as well. Super annoying! And also during my stay there were really weird noises coming from one of the elevators which could be heard in my room

The location is fantastic right by the train station which is right by the center of town. Walking distance to city center and the Schloss. Everything was very clean and staff was very nice.
