The hotel is located just outside Ludwigsburg in a smaller village and a good spot to stay overnight on a longer trip or for visiting cities like Ludwigsburg or Stuttgart. The hotel is friendly with comfortable rooms. The hotel has a restaurant which is convenient given the, relative, remote location of the hotel. Breakfast is also good. Additional plus is that the hotel has a charging station for electric cars.

We had booked a room for three people (two adults and a child). The third bed was actually a sofa-turned-bed. This is ok-ish, but not as comfortable as a real bed.

Very tasty and fresh backes for breakfast with added value of their own beer garden and restaurant offers wonderfull meal for dinner. Supermarket Lidl and bus stop just at the corner . Asperg is a nice small town for accommodation in 1/4 price than Stuttgart and good accommodation; only 7 min by bus (20 min on foot) to the Station and then 20 min by S- rail to the city centre.

Friendly staff, clean room. Dinner was very good, my meal was prepared for my special dietary needs. The kitchen staff was very accommodating and this was greatly appreciated!!
