The room with the balcony was nice, with a pleasant view of the beautiful garden. The indoor pool and sauna are great and without extra fees with this booking. It was very quiet at night (which is perfect), the beds are good, and the breakfast offered ample choice.

There was no air conditioning (as expected). As it was a hot summer day we asked for a ventilator.. Actually we asked for it already before our arrival. The answer was that all rooms are equipped with small fans. However ours was NOT. The receptionist told us she'd ask the boss for it, but we never heard back from her, and then she (as well as all other personnel) was gone.

The room was very nice. My note would have been 10 with a guest-friendlier check-in procedure.

The location is lovely and the city easily accessible by bus. The staff was friendly and quickly fixed any problems. The facilities and garden are relaxing. The pool was quiet and refreshing. Breakfast was nice and there were plenty of options. We had a lovely two night stay.

The beds were very soft and the shower head was broken and not very clean but immediately exchanged when we mentioned this.

Wonderful manager who was so kind when my daughter was unwell. Excellent breakfast. Clean spacious rooms. Lovely woodland location but close to the town. Highly recommend.

Exceptionally well taken care of rooms, facility, garden, pool, and sauna. The staff made us feel great and the breakfast was rich, good, and fresh. I wish we could have stayed longer but for sure we will come back.

According to the description it’s supposed to be a “hotel”, however the reception is closed around 15:00. Well the self-checkin is quite easy and convenient but there is no room service in this hotel. Room is quite cozy, but we could hear everything from the room next door includes their TV. Wifi is not working well. The price range of the hotel particularly in this area is not that cheap to compare with the others. But the price doesn’t really match its facility and service at this moment.

Fabulous countryside location right by the river

Tried to enter the hotel after 17:00. There is no staff at that time. I had my phone dead. I could only find an instruction written only in German that I didn't understand. It was a challenge to get in.

Breakfast was great and the room was nice, with a terrace.

The location. It was a little remote as I cant drive, but there is a bus which goes from opposite the hotel, daytime. Also there is a pool, but it was very cold.
