The hotel is a former agriculture property, a farm or so. It consists of several buildings. We stayed two separate nights (always when travelling through Germany), had 4 different doublerooms, but were always happy about the rooms - spacious, clean, nicely furnished. Yes, the place has its age and it can be noticed at some spots, but for us it was a good option for the price. What we appreciated was the gaming equipment - a bowling hall and a place with different games (table football, darts, etc). We aqsked for two rooms close to each other and got them every time as requested. ALso the breakfast offered a great varieety of meals, so to us - all fine.

One little comment is to the restaurant where we had dinner one night. We had to wait for nearly one hour due to some chaos in the service, which was a pity as the food was fine.

Close to Luneburg and Braunschweig. The surrounding area is beautiful. Perfect for a quick break or for cycling and walking.

The restaurant closes too early. If you arrive late, you might end up hungry. There were no air conditioning in the room, the patio doors are open onto a public terrace.

Great staff, English speaking which was great very helpful. Breakfast was really tasty with hot food as well as a great selection of ham,cheese,different breads ,fruit etc . Great hotel will be back!

Coffee in the room would be nice? but available in reception so no big deal.

The venue offers a large a variety of services, located in Reinstorf, surrounded by gardens and a large wellness area. Rooms are well decorated, clean, practicable and with all essential amenities. Staff was very friendly and welcomed.

. Not the restaurant, this was a disaster, by service and quickness, the same area was used for breakfast. A hard management skill is strongly recommended.

Dogs in hotel and restaurant, barking and in your face. Rooms don't have a kettle or fridge and tv quite small Hotel feels a little tired

Nice, clean and peaceful. Big room with good bathroom. Breakfast was huge. And delicious. Spa quite ok. The "Finnische Sauna" was not quite Finnish, but still good. The reception service was great, also the restaurant.

No lockers at spa. No dressing rooms either. Signs and info only in german. The restaurant had a quite thin ala carte menu.

Quite remote at least for a stayover when heading south in Europe. However the small roads are quite scenic.
