A friendly and helpful welcome from the moment we drove up (and were unsure of where to park). Staff could speak English which was a bonus for us. The room was enormous and very clean, really very impressed by the accommodation. There was also an on site gym which looked very good. The breakfast was a very good choice of foods. Thy also provide evening meals with a reasonable menu. The grounds and golf course were beautifully serene and full of wildlife - there were swallows nests above your head in the outside seating area! The bar was well stocked and staff come to your table to serve you. We didn't go for the golf so can't comment on the course or facilities but not being a golfer did not matter.

There is nothing really to complain about here, but I would say that the evening meal/dinner menu did not seem up to the same quality as the rest of the place. It was very adequate of course, but it seemed such a high quality place to stay with average bar meals in the evening.

Super quality - couldn't really find anything negative. Very nice room - loved the large windows with mosquito nets! Beautiful surroundings - very peaceful. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was very friendly. We possibly stumbled upon a special rate or something, because value-for-money was over the top!

A bit in the middle of nowhere; no city with shops or restaurants close by. My wife didn't like the mattress, but I found it OK. The white building isn't where you actually stay - but that's not really important; just thought I'd mention it :-)

The only thing was. There were people walking in front of the driving range. There is absolutely no sign that it is a driving range. I was hitting some balls and suddenly a group of people came passing by. Quite dangerous as you really do not want the risk of people getting hit by golf balls. Other than that my stay was perfect

I was very surprised how clean and beautifully designed the spaces were but the biggest surprise was the extraordinary food. I checked the Menü before arriving and was sure I would not eat there, the breakfast and the dinner were amazing though. fantastic chef with extremely thoughtful and helpful staff in the restaurant this was a really great experience. rooms were spacious and the spa is definitely worth a visit-clean, modern but cozy, sufficient and I had it completely to myself. I’ll be back for sure! special thanks to the very warm welcome and assistance by Gulnessa at the reception, taking a moment with her to talk truly felt like meeting family. she took such good care of us without being intrusive.

the bad reviews on TripAdvisor scared me and I must say, either there’s a completely new management or by now they’ve learned nearly everything there is to learn about hospitality the reservation management though did seem to be quite unprofessional

Quiet and lovely surroundings. We were 4 young coworkers traveling and the odd ones out in between the retired clientèle playing golf, but we loved the experience and might come back for holidays.

We got a nice room in the castle building. The breakfast was good and the staff friendly.

Thanks m general everything was fine. However, although the room was nice, it had two separate small beds without the possibility to put them together and we did a reservation for a double bed room. Also, the castle building was externally being renovated. We didn’t have a problem with noise at all but unfortunately the external structure was blocking the view didn’t allow us to enjoy the nice view of the room.

It was a very good stay, the staff was top class. The place was nice and cozy.. and i was suprised about the value you get this place.

The restaurant, had a very good Breakfast buffet, but the A LA carte for dinner was lacking, they could definitely improve there, after one evening eating there, we choose to drive to other places for Dinners and Lunch. It's a bit of a shame

Everything is spotless clean, we had a free upgrade, the room had a bathtub, which is always a boon for us. The grounds are very beautiful and our corgi especially appreciated all the soft grass, she just couldn't stop rolling around in it. The restaurant is quite nice and have something for every kind of eater.

Wi-Fi was kinda spotty and didn't work everywhere, because of thick walls probably.

Good breakfast and dinner, staff speaks English. Very nice surroundings. We forgot the jacket there, but picked it up several days later without any troubles. Amazing shampoo and body lotion.

For breakfast you have to go outside in the building nearby. I thought the hotel would be in the castle, but it was in the building nearby instead. Strange shower gel in inconvenient package.

The staff was very hospitable, we could easily park our car, and the hotel amenities were satisfactory. Spacious room.
