Great location in the centre of town, very convenient for restaurants. Very nice room and lovely historic street. Fridge in the room.

It was a bit of a pain that you had to arrange your arrival and ring for someone to be there to let you in. Though in the end we were lucky that someone was there at the right time. Also no breakfast. There are plenty of breakfast places nearby, but as it was a Sunday they weren't open very early, and we needed to leave early as we had a long drive.

My sister and I came from Southern France on our way home to Sweden and had a wonderful stay in a spacious room! The price was very low, so we expected something very simple, but it was a comfortable spacious room. Very clean and with a great shower. We did not take breakfast but hurried on to our ferry. If we come back to lovely Lüneburg, we will definitely stay there again!

This lovely old hotel is situated right in the center of beautiful Lüneburg where you can walk to everything or rent a bike about two blocks away to get around faster. We stayed on the top floor (80 steps up?), no elevator but we didn't mind as we live in Amsterdam. Our rooms were on the front of the building with a view over the many red brick roofs, with a little sitting area so a good sized room (#8). The owners explain everything which is great as they are not at the property at night.

Parking lot a little far away near the famous water tower but only €10 a day so worth the walk.

The room was backwards facing and I was not able to work out how to open one of the shutters. This made the room a little dark.

Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Central location. Perfect for sightseeing in Lüneburg. Very friendly and accommodating staff. On the first night we had very rowdy and inconsiderate neighbors, but the management very competently dealt with the problem - full marks for management leadership!

No elevator.

The location is great- right off of the main square. I had a beautiful room with a winter garden (? A sun room and terrace). That was a lovely bonus!

The service was very nice. We got a phone call at the morning of the arrival and could agree a earlier entrance to the room which was very nice. Cause we had a appointment for a weeding. So it was very nice to fresh up after the long way. Next time in Lüneburg we will chose the hotel again.

Perfect location. Amazing reception. Easy check in. Easy check out. Outside door is also locked so nobody can get in.
