Nice personel, average location (about 10 minutes of walk to old city center), good breakfast, nice biergarten, pretty restaurant. The room was comfortable, but no minifridge. All commodities were functioning well.

Unbelievable noise when another tourist went to his/her room. I had a room in a different building, but every time someone was coming or going, the whole building was awake. The stairs are narrowed and kind of steep. No soundproof at all. I could hear the TV in the room across mine over my own TV sound. The biergarten/terrace was closed at 20:00, but this is common there.

A very clean, well-equipped and comfortable room. The breakfast was superb and it is a great location, just a few minutes' walk from the old town and easily walkable from the station too. Staff were friendly and accommodating when I had extra requests.

There was nothing I didn't like. I enjoyed it so much I extended my stay by an extra night! The stairs to the upper rooms might be challenging with a heavy suitcase, so be aware of this and ask ahead for a ground floor or first floor room if needed.

We felt as if we were at home, which shows how professional the staff members are and how hard they work. It is a great advantage that the hotel is small and situated in a quiet area, which makes it really cosy. The room and bathroom were warm, not always the rule at hotels at this time of the year!

Very charming place, close to the city center. Breakfast was lovely and we liked that the hotel had private parking. The room was spacious enough for a small extra bed for our child despite being the economy double room. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Comfortable, well located hotel with private car park behind the property - best to park there before checking in as it is accessed from a different road to the front of the hotel. Close to the town centre and shops. Ten minutes walk from the atmospheric Am Stintmarkt area with many restaurants beside the canal.

An unusual number of sirens from police, fire or ambulance vehicles night and morning!

- We stayed for a wedding celebration at the Water Tower and loved the proximity to that venue and the city centre - Great to have parking onsite - Sat at the terrace quite often and enjoyed the rich breakfast

- Steep stairs- so don’t bring too heavy luggage

I loved this hotel. The best breakfast ever (all vegan and super delicious). Super friendly stuff, nice room, big bathroom, and very quiet at night. I will be staying there again if I have a chance.

The room could use some paintings or pictures; it’s a bit Spartan, although certainly clean and comfortable.

Everything went smooth, the staff is super friendly and the brekkie is big and - for me - has everything. The room has everything needed and is neat and tidy.

Even for a single bedroom the room was pretty small. The so called terrace is just a 4 sqm fenced backyard with no view at all, so I wouldn't count that as a bonus. The Wifi is free and speedy but not secured.
