It is a beautiful historical building which oozed charm. The staff were amazing offering fantastic customer service. The hotel is located in very close walking distance to the town centre and all the attractions, but is in a quiet peaceful location next to a lovely park. We had a gorgeous room with a huge modern bathroom. We will definitely go again.

Air conditioning would have been nice, but we were still comfortable enough at night.

The staff who work here are so warm and welcoming, the hotel has a exceedingly pleasant ambience and is conveniently located in walking distance to the old town and parks. There is a parking station just 2 mins walk away.

Very minor details but I would have liked a minibar fridge in the room and the tea / coffee setup was a bit awkward as there weren't any electricity outlets near the desk.

Stayed here for a second time. The design of the hotel is very beautiful and the staff super friendly and competent. The location is excellent especially if you want to see a bit of Lüneburg.

Had a room on the lower level floor and it got a bit cold. There was some thing to presumably turn up the heating but it did not work as expected. Due to that the towels did not dry properly.

A stylish hotel very close to the centre of Lüneburg. Extremely helpful, friendly and efficient young woman on reception who organised a change of room for us. Good breakfast too.

Our first room - in the basement - was a bit small and cellar-like. Shame they don't have much parking on site, but the public garage is close.

Did NOT advertise the IMPORTANCE OF SUPER EARLY booking to get restaurant reservation. We failed three days in a row, only possible at 20:30.

Everyone was friendly and the hotel was clean and quiet. I liked the shaded outdoor area. The location was perfect for walking to the town and other sights. Once again, the staff was excellent, and I would recommend the hotel to anyone that would like to visit the hidden gem of Luneburg.

Our timing wasn't the best for the stay since the restaurant /bar was closed on both Sunday and Monday. I believe that the outside area is normally opened, however, it is based on the weather, so it was also closed on Monday.

Very cosy room and a great bar/distillery.

No AC in the rooms and the bathroom could be a bit better...

Great architecture and set up of hotel rooms and other facilities; Room is excellent and spacious, walk-in shower is awesome; restaurant is welcoming, unfortunately i was there on Monday so didn't have chance to try the restaurant, beer was good though!

All great! only there is no air-co, but I can imagine as the hot summer is not really a thing until recent years...
