It was situated at walking distance to the town centre. Easy parking, but had to be reserved. Rooms were lovely with modern decor. The bathroom fan was amazing. No steamed up mirror after showering. Lovely bed and air conditioning, which was great. The breakfast room could appear a bit caothic when people trued to fi d seating while others tried to get to the different places where the food was.. The flow of getting the food could be improved. The food selection was fine.

There was no hot breakfast.

Easy to book and find, parking slot right in front of the main door, close to the old town, nice, but somewhat plain room, excellent service by the staff.

I would have wanted scrambled eggs for breakfast.

The hotel was easy to find and have very good location (close to central station and centre). Moreover, the requested parking spot has been reserved for us, also the check-in and -out when well. The girl on check-in was very polite, helpful and kind, while the receptionist (another girl) on check-out was not present and put the customer on second place then her internal phone.

Very close to the beautiful town centre, friendly staff, the rooms are small but clean and comfortable, perfect for a short stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. If you need parking, book in advance (for extra €10 but it’s fine)

Stayed many times before and already booked for 3 nights for the Christmas markets. 5 minutes walk from the main railway station and 10 minutes walk to the centre of town. Always clean, good breakfast, staff always helpful. Really good all round.

Could perhaps do with a kettle. Can't function properly without my early morning cuppa.

very clean, convenient, great location

the cleaning staffs knocked at 9 o’clock and even opened the door which woke us up (the check out time should be 12 p.m.) they even knocked the second time around 11 a.m. although we have already hung the don’t disturb sign. Too disturbing!! Why knocked so many times before the check out time?? it feels like being driven away:(

Good location for Hauptbahhof, ZOB, and city centre. Clean, modern room, Helpful and pleasant staff.

Free Parking in front of the hotel has limited places. Book in advance a spot if you need one!
