the room was very clean and had all the amenities, the breakfast was great, the stuff was very friendly and helpful

the path from the bus stop to the hotel was very stiff, so those who doesn’t have car can take that into account. also after late hours the path doesn’t have any street light and it goes through the foresty hill so that’s a challenge

Very nice environment, literally in the woods. Very nice breakfast. Free parking on site. Nice room.

The hotel was open, but barely. It didn't have any visitors staying there during our stay, which was a bit spooky since the hotel is in the woods. As a result the reception was present only for a limited period of time and the hotel not fully operational (closed restaurant, cafe etc).

the location in the woods and proximity to walks was excellent. Room excellent with nice view. Excellent breakfast. Car parking well located. The highlight was the exceptional service by your receptionist, who had to act as waitress and hostess. She was absolutely a delight as well as speaking excellent English. She was so open and friendly. She deserves a medal!! She rates a 11 out of 10!!!!

One shutter blind in Room 221 was jammed open letting light in the early morning. The shower water was not very hot and ran cold soon. Strange as tap in basin hot!

Staff very helpful. No hot water when we checked in but that was recified immediately.

It is a little remote from the town

Quiet but nice spot. The room was clean even after 2 hours of booking. I was allowed to park my motorcycle in the garage.

The interior and bathroom are little bit outdated. Not a lot of choice for breakfast

bed is not really good , pillows useless and shower cubicle’s not closing properly and bed linens not perfect and the quilt is not good

Our room was simply furnished but clean and spacious. The location is great, the staff were nice and food in the restaurant was good. Particularly the pizza.

Great and dedicated personel. They waited for us long after reception closure. Good breakfasts, very good dinners.
