Staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming for a hotel in Germany. They not only sent a message, but also called to confirm we understood the check-in process for check-ins after 11pm. Got a very nice apartment with lots of space, microwave, fridge and a small capsule coffee machine. Also liked the option to either book the breakfast buffet for 13,50€, or just visit the (inexpensive but good) bakery cafe downstairs. Parking was free of charge, with plenty of parking available.

The room was clean, and the location was good. The receptionist was super friendly and nice. Parking is free. 13 euros for Breakfast is a little expensive. I would recommend not buying breakfast and ordering from the bakery attached to the hotel.

Breakfast quality to be improved for 13 Euros. This was not enough.

The receptionist called Shirin was amazing, she helped us with every question and was so kind and made us feel very welcome at the Campus Hotel. She brings a great personality to the job. Also, we thought the folded toilet paper was really funny. Loved that little detail.

supposed "free upgrade" to a better room category meant staying in a larger apartment room, but also sadly on ground floor with a view of a car park within 30cm from the window - no pleasant views at all but needed to close curtains at all times

Room was clean, with excellent amenities (kitchenette, two TVs). Hotel staff was very friendly. Location -- across the street from FernUni Hagen -- was perfect for us.

We were there in a heat wave and there was no A/C.

Excellent staff - very helpful and friendly. Very clean and comfortable rooms, spacious bathroom. Private car park was safe and needed on our roadtrip.

Wonderful hotel! Spotlessly clean, modern and very comfortable. Rooms are big and appear soundproof - a big plus travelling with three dogs. The staff was accommodating and super nice. Will definitely return!

Relatively new hotel, clean rooms, and a nice big shower.

The hallway smelled very much of some cleaning products. Yes better than smelling of dirt, but it was very heavy

The hotel is very well situated for those who come to the university or those who travel by car. The free parking is available. The rooms are cosy, the hitting works by the floor which is great in winter. The automatic check-in is very practical. The staff is very friendly and available.

Loved the room, as good as last time. Got lunch from bakery for our train today and it was excellent. Shower really good.

Nothing. It was all up to expectations. Only 15 minutes walk to our friends house.
