New clean hotel just in front of the train station (a beautiful historical building). Private parking is free. Strong wifi. Good breakfast. Somebody can say the room is small, but we needed just a bed and a bathroom. Wifi, aircondition and a big tv were a bonus. Automatic check-in (you can still find a live person at the desk) and no need to check out, just leave before noon. Breakfast 7:30 to 10:30.

Strange people in the neighborhood, not exactly homeless but looking like that. But that is the same around every train station in the world, so... Except that the streets were ok, wide, and so and so clean.

Location next to the railway station is obviously perfect and soundproofing is excellent as there was no train noise. Room was comfortable. Shower seal wasn’t great, so the floor got soaking wet. Would be nice to have a bin in the room so you don’t have to go to the bathroom every time you throw something out. It’s nice that breakfast is included. Most parts of the breakfast are pretty good.

I feel like in Germany bread rolls are the basis of the whole breakfast and if they are not good then the breakfast is not good. So despite really good coffee, nice butter, nice cheese, the bread rolls are cheap, dry crap and I didn’t feel like I ate a proper breakfast.

This B&B is in the middle of the city which makes it easy to go out and find things to do, or to go shopping. The staff was friendly and spoke English too, which was nice. The check-in and check-out could be done using a code, which was the same as used to open the room door. The room was quite big with enough space to sit and enjoy ourselves for an evening.

The table in the room was quite small, but I suppose they assume you don't use the table very often. The shower door had a hole for a handle, which resulted in a really wet bathroom floor. Bathroom was a bit small compared to the rest of the room.

The room was clean,the fixtures were new and modern, the breakfast was cold buffet but plenty of various dishes to eat.

The corridor on level 4 when the wind speed outside was high resulted in a whistling noise which on the first night kept us awake. But other nights was acceptable. We had an issue with a loose electric socket in the bathroom which after reporting took 3 days to become safe. Pillows in budget hotels are always of low comfort.

Very convenient location in Hamm; right in front of the station, and a block or two from downtown. Most staff friendly and helpful, with one notable exception.

No staff present on arrival, and self check-in didn't work. Asked many, many questions; then did not supply entry code. Had to call emergency number to get in.

Fantastic aircon but was nice to also get air into the room. Once the window was closed the sound proofing was good. Great wifi and the tv was huge with a good selection of channels. I liked the key code entry too. Liked the fact that there were room rates with and without breakfast.

I had a twin room which I think would be quite a squeeze for two people unless you didn’t have much luggage.

It's Location, I've used B&B before and all sites are Well located, B&B Hamm is literally across the road from the Railway station.. The Hotel is Bigger than the other Hotels, the Room was the standard design for there hotels which is nice because you know what you are getting, Comfortable accommodation at a Good Price, Breakfast is always good varied menu and This Breakfast area is Huge , Plenty of room. A Nice stay And a Great location.

Immediately opposite the railway station, as I arrived well over an hour later than expected, recently not uncommon in Germany, it was great to be able to just get to the hotel asap and crash on the bed. Really liked that the hotel was clean, airconditioned and despite being next to the railway it was still very quiet (with window closed).

Be sure to not expect a grand hotel. You get great value for money. I would have expected at least some croissants for breakfast, but having said that. The bread that was there was fresh, the breakfast was very simple and straight forward but so was the price. In brief expected a bit more, but for the price it was fine (and as you can get seconds it is way better than many other hotels which give you just one piece of bread and one croissant and that's it).

Excellent location for train into Munster, plenty of places to eat just a short walk into town, very good parking.

A few drunk people let the area down but we had no problems with them and most towns have them.

The hotel room was clean and well thought through. The location is right at the central train station but the room was still quiet which was great. We love the family room with double bed and bunk bed.
