Perfect location, the S-Bahn is just across the street. You can access restaurants and groceries just 5 minutes from the hotel. The stuff is very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable.

My friend left without paying. The staff were very understanding and contacted both of us before they charged my card and didn't charge an admin fee. They also let him leave his bike at the hotel for a couple of days whilst he visited another city.

The owner is really kind and helpful, made me feel very comfortable! The hotel is next to the train so it was easy to go to frankfurt, and the breakfast was really big (I only had coffee because I was in a hurry). The room was big and very comfortable, there was boiler to make your own coffee/tea and I loved the window + the bathroom was big and clean!

the wifi password wasn't written anywhere as far as I could tell, I could have probably called to ask but unfortunately I didnt have credits on my phone

When I arrived there was no one in the reception and the entrance was locked. Fortunately other guests let me come in but otherwise I could have been totally at loss.

Fantastic location right across the road from the train station. Manager very nice and helpful. Room extremely clean and spacious. Bed and bedding super comfortable. Private and quiet.

Only one small thing - would have liked air conditioning, but understand this is not always standard in Europe, and there was a very good fan in the room.

Arrival was unclear - a message in advance would have helped to clarify how to access the hotel and check in.

The breakfirst is so so, but all the rest are pretty nice. nice location, nice people.

The man running it was wonderful, so friendly and accommodating and the little bar and outdoor seating area in the garden
