Bed was comfortable

They have three buildings and the room I stayed in was in building C(3) which was all the way to the back. The path there is a bit long and bushy and not lit, which was very concerning at night, at least for me being a black woman travelling solo. I had to use my flashlight. The entrance to the building did not lock hence anyone could walk in. One of the days, I returned home in the evening and found a bunch of older men just idly sitting at the entrance. None of them said or did anything to me but all of them just stared at me as I walked all the way to the building. Very uncomfortable. Also not to mention, the door to the room itself did not lock. It shut but I could not lock it.

Very spacious room, lots of storage and furniture! Having a fridge was very useful - REWE store nearby helped me to cut food costs. Room service every two days, comfortable double bed and nice, modern bathroom facilities.

I had to hand in a check-in paperwork slip during their open hours since I recieved keys via lock box. This meant travelling back to the hotel when I had other plans. All good, but I did notice on the slip that there was an option to collect it from my room. Maybe in future, this could be posted into a box or collected as such?

Big room

First there was no toilet papper in the room at all second the reception is only and only from 3pm till 8pm there so there was no chance to get some from the reception. So if u travelling from a different country and you come at 9pm or 10pm there is no chance to get ur key even though u have paid.

Big room and the staff was friendly. The location was nice and quiet aswell.

The pillow was to big, buy some small ones please so you can sleep more comfortable. Plus please put a fan atleast in the rooms. I know you guys don't have Air conditioning but a fan would be nice in the heat.

The hotel room was clean, very spacious, cosy and had everything we needed, exactly as shown in Booking 7 mn walk to train station Very quiet room Good value for money

I like everything.because it's short stays.but I think if has few items for daily use,much better..I mean a glass, kettle for hot water etc

Room is very big, has table and a lot of rosettes. Good WiFi, few supermarkets nearby

Very clean , silent place

The room was very spacious, it has complete facilities, and there are air conditioning, stove, and refrigerator available in the room.

Toilet papers were not provided, and the lighting inside the room wasn't sufficient. There is also a stove but no available kitchen tools to use, which makes the stove useless. Last but not the least, the location is not easily accessible by local transportation; the buses do not come frequently and the nearest S-Bahn station is about 15 mins walk from the hotel, which people with heaby luggages might find difficult.

The ventilation is very noisy and reeks of smoke. It can not be turned off. There is a kitchen in the room but it can not be used because no pots or anything is made available.
