Beautiful pictures decorated very well. Extremely clean, beautiful fragrance on the doorway or everywhere, so cleanly maintained with probably one staff, great. It is a value for money. I paid more, but because the week was events week in Frankfurt so, but still it was very less comparative to others. So not to complain, but again it is very very near the station, just four or five buildings away. Good for business stays.

Just a loud noise in the neighbourhood at night. But again, these are unpreventable, so nothing, it was a good trip and a good hotel. Sweet people with a lean managed team. I didn't expect facilities of a 5 star hotel. So worth a business stay.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel very pretty inside. Room was spacious and had [rare event!] a desk and chair that worked together. The location was excellent for arrival by train. Several corner shops and bars nearby and there is a supermarket 5 mins along the street.

Tea making facilities in room had not been replenished [no tea, sugar]. Sink not draining properly. Now to my last comment, which is not in any way the responsibility of the Hotel but as they pay business taxes they may have some small way to influence: Offenbach Railway Station is a quite disgusting place not fit for a first-world country.

Spacious hotel room with 3 beds. Close to train station for easy walking distance. Great op shop down the road that I highly recommend (turn left out of hotel room and at the 2nd set of lights is the op shop on the corner). At the first set of lights turn right and walk down to a mall. Great Japanese restaurant and close to other food places.

Just a little out of the main central area so we had to go back to the main train station to change for the airport train. But the local station was really close to the hotel so wasn't too bad.

private room for a good price, the train station is maybe a 2min walk so when the trains decide to function you have a great connection to frankfurt. there's a bunch of places to get groceries nearby which is nice too. the staff was lovely and the lobby area looks very neat. the room is clean and has everything you could need, really great value for money!

The shower curtains are too low, makes it hard to shower with the curtain rail on your head whilst bending down to try to be under it. The pillows had some sort of bird feather in them. They were very soft but they kept poking out of the pillow and the stem was very sharp and hurt a bit.

Hotel was good and clean. Location is closed s bahn, bus station and regio trains. there r too many sbhn line options

Round of otel seems a lit bit unsecure but this is not fault of otel ofcourse

Staff were nice Beds were comfy Showers were great

Area around looks a bit sketchy but was fine Slight issue when arriving with our room not being cleaned, staff sorted quickly once we made them aware

The location being close to hauptbahnhof and not far from markt platz is a huge plus. The hotel is very nice and decorated in nice antiques makes you feel comfortable
