Really a good hotel, especially considering it’s price. It is more than I expected, spacious room, lots of light, comfortable and big bed, pillows are something else. Everything was clean and also there is nice bar. Breakfast was good as well, maybe changing options from day to day could be a good idea, but in general all good, and staff was also very helpful. Enjoyed my stay.

The only thing that was not very convenient for me is that they do the room cleaning only early in the morning and until 12pm. Usually I would work at that time and leave the room after, so maybe they could extend a bit the cleaning hours.

Nice location, very close to tram line 17 terminus. Very quite place, kind staff, wide choice breakfast and possibility for dinner on some days. Very comfortable room, comfortable toilette room. Not far from FRK WEST train station from where you can get on some S-Bahn and other trains, I got on the one to Marburg and on S3/4/5/6 to go to the city center.

just missing mini-bar fridge in the room to get to perfection, for a 3 star structure.

- The hotel is located next to the Rebstockbad tram station which makes travelling really easy - The staff is really nice and welcoming. They always smile at you when you walk by and they are generally very accommodating - The room is nice, clean and economical

- The room only has stools and no chair with back support which can make it hard to work

Nice room, everything clean, friendly staff, good hot water. I was allowed to take my tea to the room, which, strangely enough, is not always allowed in hotels. The hotel is being renovated now, but all the essentials were available, I was not disturbed.

There was no socket near the bed and no usb to chargers for my devices. I hope, after renovation it will change. Also I didn't enjoy the half-width blankets.

B/fast for my needs was on the money as i didn't need much but had enough choices for healthy choices too )). Car Park, i had to pay which wasn't on my radar but ok as i could alternate between free parking and or onsite parking. of course, would have loved to have it for free. ))

A few steps from the tram line that goes to the main station. The room was clean. The internet was fast. Overall good deal for a short stay.

The shower was not draining properly. The staff were generally friendly but I had an unpleasant interaction with a young lady on the night shift who apparently thought I was planning to steal a Fanta. She wouldn’t add it to my bill and insisted I go up to get her the money from my room before I drink it.

Superb location near Messe. Very affordable in price. It's an older hotel but they'" renewing it. Price wise one of the best choices at the moment in Frankfurt if you plan a visit to the Messe.

The location is currently under construction. They are renewing the hotel. So this is sometimes a little uncomfortable.

It is quite convenient to get to the city center by tram. The staff let you sleep, the main thing is to hang a do not disturb sign! The room and bathroom are very clean, the bed linen is clean, the beds are comfortable. There is no kettle in the room, but boiling water can be taken from the bar on the 0 floor. There is also no minibar or refrigerator in the rooms. There is a large supermarket just one stop away.

Hotel's location is good, near the highway, there is a public transport station, which can get you in the Centre right away (10 min), practically jumping in the tram :)

For the breakfast there could be some improvements - to pay more attention at number of guests staying in the hotel and adapt it accordingly, also make necessary supplies in case if emergency.

THE LOCATION WAS PERFECT...QUIET, BUT ALSO NEXT TO THE TRAM STOP!!!

THOUGH THE ROOM WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE BEEN CLEANED BEFORE I CHECKED IN, WHEN I CHECKED IN THE ROOM (21/10), I FOUND A WOMAN'S UNDERWEAR THROWN ON THE FLOOR NEXT TO THE DESK... SOMETHING I REPORTED THE DAY I CHECKED OUT (23/10)...THE INCIDENT WAS RECORDED BY THE RECEPTIONIST, WHO ONLY APOLOGISED, BUT DIDN'T MENTION ANYTHING ABOUT A REFUND - AT LEAST OF A PART OF THE MONEY I HAD PAID - SOMETHING THAT SHE SHOULD HAVE NORMALLY DONE, SINCE IT IS A HOTEL POLICY, ESPECIALLY WHEN IT HAS TO DO WITH THE CLEANINESS AND HYGIENE OF A HOTEL ROOM, AND ESPECIALLY AMIDST COVID PANDEMIC.
