I booked the last room at 18.30 having been let down elsewhere. Staff were very welcoming, restaurant meal excellent as was the breakfast the next day. Rooms excellent. Location on the grounds of the Sagerhutte Musuem complex was ideal as I wanted to visited. No more than 5 mins walk from Olbernhau Grunthal station with hourly service to Chemnitz and points N, E and W. What could be better!

Great location close to multiple hiking trails and in a historic district. Pleasant staff, comfortable bed, convenient and good restaurant.

Would have liked a slightly larger bathroom, particularly the shower.

It is a heartwarming Hotel Everything was nice & beautiful! We had a great time. Dinner was exceptional and breakfast was excellent.

I had a misunderstanding with one of the staff members over the phone and she was rude and sarcastic, I didn’t like that. You can always convey a message nicely and with a smile, at least that’s what I expect as a guest. But once we got there all the staff members were welcoming and nice.

Comfy symphatic hotel in Olbernhau. Quite small room with some strange lights around the bed. Friendly staff and a very good breakfast. This is a really romantic location with several options on the premises (Kneipe, Restaurants, bowling) The restaurant is very very good with an exclusive wine list.

The columns around the bed were a bit strange. People started to talk outside the window very early in the morning and it was quite noisy.
