What a beautiful place to rest and recharge. Special for me in Winter, Spa and direct access to the beach. Sauna with a dip into the sea afterwards. Exceptional.

Excellent location, great spa, and a friendly welcome

We liked the hotel's territory. The breakfast was good, and the view of the sea was excellent.

The room was too noisy because there was a hair salon behind the wall. Our pillows were of very poor quality, and there were many spiders on the ceiling in the hall. You have to pay 20 EUR per night for your dog’s accommodation, but nothing is provided. You need to bring your own bowls and a towel.

Breakfast very varied and rich, the spa is enormous, there is a divider to allow bathers and swimmers not to disturb each other which is good. I think that the swimming pool is something around 50 mt long. The sauna area is very good, large and with 3 different saunas (steam, aromatic herbs steam and Finnish) + relaxation rooms and relaxation areas which are clean and well kept with some notes (see the negative). The staff was helpful and generally nice and kind. The position is fantastic and using the elevator one can also walk to Baabe, it is a nice 10 minutes walk all in plan. No need to drive there.

Small not very important details are sometimes missing: - In the relaxation room in the sauna the air conduit show some dangling spider webs. I understand that the roof is high, but the people laying there see them. A ladder would allow avoiding this "unkept" effect. The windows outside also show some webs and add to the effect. - Some pieces of paper fell to somebody in the middle of the hallway during breakfast, is again a small detail, but nobody thought to pick them up for more than an hour. It is a small thing, but it is somehow giving again some effect/feeling. - They announced two restaurants on the website, but one was closed in this season as well as the beer bar. Perhaps this could be better clarified on the internet. - There is a meditation room in the sauna area, nice that there is one. But one of the beds inside is ripped open, why nobody cared to remove it? Nobody uses the meditation room? Ok, but then isn't better closing it? It is again a little unkempt feeling, nothing terrible of course, but could it be improved at no cost? A bit of a bigger thing: - The room was not really cleaned when we asked, they only left new towels, but the floor was not vacuum cleaned, under the bed and in the room there was some visible dust. Was there any Hausdame quality-checking the room after it was done? To sum up: I liked here very much here, I will come back for sure and I find the structure solid and functional. But there are some small things that perhaps could be improved without costs for the structure. Little attentions that would be nice to see. Because of their absence the service/cost ratio appears a little high because of small distractions that in my opinion could be improved without the need to change or invest anything. Please still consider that this is a generally positive review.
