Super helpful, kind and nice staff. Amazing breakfast buffet, one of the best I've seen so far. Facilities (SPA) are very nice and well maintained - the Sauna's were pretty busy in the afternoon but still manageable. Restaurant is very nice and good quality with a few small challenges.

Not much; however, the restaurant was a bit struggling with steak temperature (they know medium and well-done, not much in between), and the high-end-hamburger was no high end, rather a bit disappointing. That's too bad as we like to switch from fancy to comfort from time to time and comfort food seems to be "neglected".

Beautiful hotel situated on top of a hill overlooking the ocean. Nice rooms, clean, the lady bartender was great, plenty of parking available, good breakfast. The town of Sellin is very pretty.

There are two access roads to the hotel. Both are very steep, and can be very tricky to negotiate in winter conditions unless you have a 4WD. The restaurant staff has very limited/no knowledge of English.

Professional, helpful staff and exquisite facilities. Hotel restaurant is the best in town. Great spa facilities and pool. This was one of the best stats we’ve ever experienced.

The single room was really small, especially the bed and the bath room.

Beautiful location, room was comfortable and well-appointed. The robes were nice and the room was spacious. The bar and breakfast was amazing.

The hallway /stair carpet could be updated.

We had a lovely few days at the Bernstein hotel in the early spring of 2022. It's a friendly, family-run hotel with an exceptional location and very professional and kind staff. From the very beginning we have felt welcomed and well-taken care of :-) Our room was immaculate, spacious and quiet. Breakfasts have been served in beautiful surroundings where you could enjoy the seaside view, we found them very tasty. We are pescatarians and still had been happy with the choice we got. During breakfast time the staff has also been very courteous and helpful. We have also rented bicycles for one day (at the hotel) and enjoyed our time discovering the coast. Later in the evening we also used the sauna. We would be happy to return.

Everything, the staff is friendly and helpful and knows an answer to everything. The rooms are perfect clean; the pool and sauna are comfortable.

Great breakfast! Super helpful staff who were very friendly and open. Loved the midcentury-modern style pool, and of course incredible views.

The bar doesn't open until late afternoon, which was a bit inconvenient for a vacation.
