Everything! Breakfast is really amazing, lots of variety of different cuts ( fish , meat ) , cheese , fruits , vegetables, freshly cooked eggs per your request with many options of adds on and even 4 different types of mushrooms to choose ( quite impressive! ) , freshly squeezed orange juice- really full rich breakfast. Rooms are spacious and clean , housekeeping services is like little bees - few minutes and room is speck clean again ! In the room you have amenities robes and sleepers . Reception is very friendly and helpful . Have gym and SPA but unfortunately we didn’t have time to try it . Location is central. The best choice!

Bed was so comfortable and a selection of pillows made for an exceptionally comfortable sleep. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and willing to go out of their way to help. We were travelling with a top box on our car making it too tall for the indoor car park, the young lady gave me directions to their free car parking. And even made sure there was a free space. Breakfast was lovely. Something for everyone extensive range of fresh and cooked items. Freshly squeezed orange juice. The whole hotel was very clean. We stayed on our was to Italy we don’t usually use the same hotel but will definitely be returning. Near to local facilities. Definitely worth a visit.

(Getting out of bed, it was so comfortable) Absolutely nothing to criticise about this place.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and I enjoyed dinner and breakfast. A very pleasant place to stay after a long day, and reasonably priced too. I really liked the pillow menu!

There was plenty of parking available in the underground car park, but the first level was very cramped and it wasn’t clear on arrival that there was lots of free space on the lower levels. I saw another driver struggling too. Maybe check to see if signs about the lower parking levels could be made clearer :)

Always have a very good stay here. Professional experience every time. Room was clean & comfortable. Spa area is well maintained and relaxing. Right in the centre of town really so only a short walk to lots of shops, restaurants, etc. Train station is a 10 minute walk away, (but it is uphill, so be aware!)

Signage for the spa etiquette could be clearer...with an international clientele, there are differing attitudes to this so would be good to get some clarity

Spacious suite with double aspect views over the river. Comfortable bed, coffee machine, toiletries. Right in the centre of the town with secure parking. Nice restaurant on site. Very helpful, friendly staff. The air con did not seem to be working fully so they gave us an excellent upright fan which kept the room cool and comfortable, which was much appreciated. Will definitely stay again.

The hotel is a bit tired, but I really enjoyed the spa facilities with saunas and jacuzzi. Thanks for that! I was by chance alone there and really relaxed. My single room was big enough and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious.

The middle-aged woman at the reception who worried a lot not to allow me earlier any minute before 15:00 to my room. 🤷🏼‍♀️ The coffee machine at the entrance doesn’t work. Why do you keep it there?

Absolutely superb value for money. Everything was tip top, beautiful large room with bath and never ending hot water. Everything was included in the low price, even the dog was free( unheard of these days!!). Huge beds, lovely linen, and the in-house restaurant was very good. And parking outside the door. As good as it gets for a stopover. Oh, and the staff were all super helpful and friendly.

Absolutely nothing

Everything regarding the room was good: the bed, the bathroom, tv etc. I slept very well in the bed. The hotel has its own parking; very convenient; costs 12 euro per night, which I find acceptable for safe parking. The hotel was easy to reach from highway. The location is next to the river and only a few minutes walk to the centre were there are several restaurants. The breakfast was very good; lots of choice and eggs / omelets baked at request.

Loved the breakfast! Rooms were comfortable, clean, modern and equipped with everything you'd expect.

The parking was a tiny bit small but then again my car is huge, and it still worked out. Also a bowl of boiled rice cost me 9 euro, but I did order it in the room. That's pretty much it.

The breakfast was outstanding. The choices were beyond my expectation, and the staff was very attentive. The room was was very attractive, and it included a refrigerator, safe and magnifying mirror, amenities which I really appreciated. The reception staff were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

My first room faced the back of the hotel where deliveries were made and therefore it was very noisy early in the morning. It was also where staff parked and said their hellos and goodbyes at the time of shift changes. However, I was offered a new room without question. The bed blankets were also very heavy and warm for summer. These were also changed without problem upon my request. Whatever, I didn’t like was easily and willingly corrected. So these are not complaints.
