The hotel is a bit tired, but I really enjoyed the spa facilities with saunas and jacuzzi. Thanks for that! I was by chance alone there and really relaxed. My single room was big enough and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious.

The middle-aged woman at the reception who worried a lot not to allow me earlier any minute before 15:00 to my room. 🤷🏼‍♀️ The coffee machine at the entrance doesn’t work. Why do you keep it there?

The breakfast was outstanding. The choices were beyond my expectation, and the staff was very attentive. The room was was very attractive, and it included a refrigerator, safe and magnifying mirror, amenities which I really appreciated. The reception staff were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

My first room faced the back of the hotel where deliveries were made and therefore it was very noisy early in the morning. It was also where staff parked and said their hellos and goodbyes at the time of shift changes. However, I was offered a new room without question. The bed blankets were also very heavy and warm for summer. These were also changed without problem upon my request. Whatever, I didn’t like was easily and willingly corrected. So these are not complaints.

Everything regarding the room was good: the bed, the bathroom, tv etc. I slept very well in the bed. The hotel has its own parking; very convenient; costs 12 euro per night, which I find acceptable for safe parking. The hotel was easy to reach from highway. The location is next to the river and only a few minutes walk to the centre were there are several restaurants. The breakfast was very good; lots of choice and eggs / omelets baked at request.

It is truly a 4* Hotel, facilities, very clean, everything on a high level.

I asked to habe an early check in (1-2 hours would habe been more than enough), the receptionist said I should pay half of the price for one night…. A little flexibility would be mich appreciated considering that the Hotel has such a late check in and not at all full booked….

Wonderful, friendly yet professional welcome. Hotel is very clean and tastefully decorated. It has the feel of a business hotel but is far better than that. The Spa area up on the roof is fantastic. Lovely hot tub / jacuzzi which I had all to myself - always a bonus! Breakfast was copious and varied with something to suit all tastes, I'm sure.

Only very, very minor criticism is that it's pretty big and took me ages to walk from my room to the elevators!

The hotel stands as a 3 star hotel on a level of any major city chain. The few things that irritated me had more to do with 'the sound of the door opening to the room each time'. If you are inside its startling, if you are on the outside. it tells anyone, we're home. Outside of that the location is near everything great, special historic areas of Pforzheim. The only other issue was that the taxi they called for to get me and my wife to the station didn't arrive. As luck would have it, my business associate turned up and he took us to the station with minutes to spare. BLR

The style of the room is old school however, the facilities of the hotel are really new, this is quite special. Additionally, the location of the hotel is really good and it is perfect for someone who drives the car.

Everything was b better than expected and it was a great stay and I'll go out of my way to stay here as many times as possible. Tbney have a great and friendly staff.

This as close to a perfect European hotel as you will ever get. I've stayed at more than 100 European hotels across all of Europe and this is hands the best hotel in Europe.

Location just of A8 we were using it for a stopover on the way to Austria. Lots of staff, all very efficient and friendly. We had a dog and there were very accommodating.

Nothing - save for a slightly tight entrance on the entry to the carpark!

The room had a great view, it was very comfy and there was a separate room from the bedroom, which was great. The baby crib was the best we ever had.

Maybe the parking could have been wider, but that is the standard of most European countries. Old towns, small parking spaces/ways.
