Wonderful environment. Private parking area. Warm welcome with a big smile at the reception. Great advice on where to eat and where to shop. Very clean, really big and beautiful bedroom with magnificent beds, TV and a terrace. Tea waiting for you. Very clean bathroom with 3 big wonderful bottles of Dove-soaps: for your hands, your hair and your body! Perfect breakfast with everything you can wish for and a very nice staff! Higly recommended!

Authentic, family run hotel, which made our whole stay relaxing and worry free. From the moment we arrived until the moment we sadly had to leave, there wasn't anything that was too much trouble. From local knowledge, recommendations, the room itself, breakfast and dinner, everything was simply excellent! If we had to choose again, we would definitely pick this hotel. Our stay was short but lovely. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Two armchairs were a luxury. There was also a coffee/tea set and a bottle of water. The bathroom was properly equipped. We borrowed the hairdryer from the reception. The breakfast was very tasty. We were sarisfied with bufets offer. I recommend the beer served in the bar. I would definitely stay longer if we had more time.

It was very nosy early in the morning. I believe it was the kitchen staff preparing breakfast. I couldbt sleep from 6 am.

From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, it felt as if we had spent time with family. I don't know if everyone who works there is related, but they certainly felt like they were family. They were very welcoming, warm and friendly and this was the best part of our stay. The room was spacious. The bed was comfortable. The food in the restaurant was tasty and the breakfast was excellent with scrambled eggs, crispy bacon and sausages as well as flaky croissants. The ski bus is right in front of the hotel and takes only 10 minutes to get to Winklemoosalm.

I would have liked the room to be warmer.

This hotel is great. We stayed here for three nights. All this time we felt only positive emotions. The family, Stephanie and Roland, were very hospitable, always asking how we were doing and making our stay here great. In addition, they have a lovely playful dog and nice children ☺️. The family also spoke English well, which is probably quite rare in Germany. Breakfast was delicious every morning, we were well taken care of. The room had a beautiful view, a large balcony, was clean, and everything we needed was available in the room. The hotel has a very good location, in the lovely town of Reit Im Winkl. Location was good, great food and comfortable rooms. We were 4 motorcyclists who needed a room after a long day riding the alpine route. Our bikes were put into a garage for the night but not sure they needed to be due to great location. Breakfast was also very good .

There was a completely comfortable stay in this hotel managed by an exceptionally friendly family. On top of a lovely breakfast, you will have lunch in the evening for the reasonable price. Pets are really welcomed!
