The hotel reflects the standards and quality known for the Relais & Châteaux members. Fantastic wellness, quiet environment, very nice dinner/restaurant.

Problem with many hotels/companies these days is that they do not find highly qualified staff. Most of the staff members delivered impeccable services, but some members/trainees should have more attention for the guests (for example not rearranging tables etc while guests are still having dinner or breakfast?!, not forgetting that a guest ordered drinks to accompany his dinner, possibility to reserve a table, ...). Cleanliness of the bathroom/shower could be better.

Location of the hotel is amazing, very quiet with impressive view of the mountains., We had a beautiful,spacious and comfortable house with private spa. Food in the restaurant is a very high quality.

Service in the restaurant is extremely poor for such a high quality hotel. Very often they did not bring what we ordered and waiting time was also long. Coffee for breakfast did not taste very good.

Rooms and spa are great.Very good breakfast with a lot of options.

The dinner experience has been horrendous the second year in a row. Food takes forever to arrive, if it arrives at all, and it is mediocre at best while pretending to be haute cuisine. The staff doesn’t pay attention to drinks, or anything really. Absolutely terrible.

Excellent chalet with great food

Arrival was a bit odd for such a high end property, on a small road near a couple of houses and businesses

Superb quality and choice of breakfast. The same with the gym. The pool was also fantastic.

A choice of pillow firmness would be appreciated. A weights bench would also be useful.

My husband booked our evening meal on arrival at reception but when we went down there was no booking so no food that night ( but everyone can make a mistake) breakfast made up for it excellent

Lovely country side setting, tastefully decorated, friendly reception staff.

Self satisfied restaurant personelle. Only two seatings for dinner & the second seating at 8pm is indoor service only on a day with 29C temperatures. Substandard food considering the restaurant is a major selling point of this establishment.

The staff did everything to comfort you. Breakfast and dining options very awesome.

Our suite was at a neighboring building so we had to stroll through the snow to enter the Swimmingpool area. Just a minor minor minus with kids. Would have been great to know this during booking process. But everything was great though, very clean and thought through!

Nothing I can say would do justice to how great the hotel was, the staff, basically everything! It was the first time for our daughters in the snow. The sleds were perfect for them to move around and enjoy. The food, the setting, everything was perfect! Special thanks to the Hotel Director Rolf Wernicke who was very friendly and helpful.

That I had to stay only for 2 nights, I wish I was able to stay longer! :)

Best place to stay in Reit Im Winkl. Great hotel, extremely nice staff, very good restaurant, great breakfast and nice SPA. Perfect also as starting place for hike and bike or just for relax…
