Location

Sadly my room overlooked the carpark, I guess because I booked via booking .com. I have an injury and walk with a walking aid no assistance offered on checkin. The room was extremely hot as no AC, although I was given a fan after asking. The checkin staff at reception in and out were not particularly friendly and it looked there as a shortage of staff. The manager was friendly enough when I came across her. The hotel is very convenient and very clean and the rooms spacious!!

The hotel changed to a new owner when we arrived, therefore they had a limited choice for dinner. But this was not a problem. The new owner and his staff were really nice and helpful and they even had Nuernberger sausages.

Nothing really, it was muych more than we expected

My biggest concern was bike accommodations as I was traveling solo by bicycle with a trailer. They were able to 100% accommodate securely and that eased my anxiety. The breakfast was superb. Room was very comfortable. I would book this hotel again. I can see why it was so highly rated.

Spacious room, huge bathroom, easy access everywhere, good breakfast.

The only thing is that the first receptionist didn't tell us that the hotel had its own parking, so we went looking for parking around the hotel unnecessarily.

Lovely hotel in an excellent location. Safe bike storage. Staff very helpful. Excellent breakfast.

A shame the restaurant was not open, but there were other places to eat near by.

Great comfy luxury stay during our Rhine Route by bicycle. We arrived dripping wet and dirty and the lady at the reception did not flinch, just super friendly and understanding.

Excellent staff, clean rooms, good breakfast, quiet town, onsite parking. Overall great hotel to stay.

For Rheinberg we thought it was a little bit pricey, especially since breakfast is not included.

The room and bathroom were tops. Also appreciated the free parking. Staff was helpful.

The couch bed for the two children was a little hard they said.
