I picked this hotel based on price and as a half way stop driving from UK to Berlin & Poland. Unfortunately check-in time is only up to 10pm. After missing the first ferry, due to Dover being extremely busy, I travelled on a ferry that got to Calais at 16:55pm + 1 hour = 17:55. I had to keep at the max speed limit to get to Hotel for 22:00. I arrived 2 minutes late and the staff were happy to wait for me. (But I was only going to be 2 minutes late) Plenty of free parking, the very important kettle in room with a few sachets of coffee. The free bottle of water was sparkling so I filled the kettle from the bathroom sink. The Room looked new so obviously very clean. I travelled alone so only had a smallish bed. I did have a great sleep. Chose not to have breakfast at 8am. You are given 2 keys. One for the room and the other for hotel door. Staff friendly and helpful.

At times, the service felt a bit too attentive. The staff would check in frequently, which, while slightly interrupting the flow of conversation, showed how much they genuinely cared about their guests’ experience. It’s rare to find such dedication these days, and it’s a small "flaw" I’m more than happy to overlook.

When we approached the hotel by car it was situated on a busy cross roads. BUT, the hotel itself was really good. The young woman who greeted us, Britta, was superb. She welcomed us, spoke to us in excellent English and German and really could not do enough for us. She made us feel so welcome and also served us dinner, which was also delicious. I really can't express how good to us she was. The hotel is not luxury but the room was nice and really comfortable and clean. The shower was excellent and although some ear plugs were left on the bed, we really didn't need them. So, in short the service was excellent, the room was nice and the first impressions we had were wrong.

Nothing really. It's not a five start hotel but, it doesn't pretend to be and this is reflected in the price.

Hotel Omega was just what I needed after a long drive. Staff were superb and were able to cater for my allergies. Location was out of town but for road tripping I found that an advantage, hotel doubles as a Greek Restaurant with decent quality food. Staff were super friendly and enthusiastic too, which makes a huge difference

I could see some people possibly being disappointed with the breakfast options being a bit sparse, though personally I needed to get on the road so I was happy with what was offered and it wasn't a problem for me. The shower seemed to have trouble staying fixed in one position, but it was hardly a show stopper

I checked in quite late, but the night staff was still very attentive and friendly. My room was already heated when I entered, which was a thoughtful touch. The bathroom was spotless, and even the small details like the folded towels felt personal.

Staff spoke perfect English and answered all my questions patiently. Really appreciated that, Even though I arrived earlier than check-in time, they found me a room quickly. Super helpful

I liked that the floors were spotless – no dust, no stains. That’s something I notice right away. Even though I didn’t use many services, the overall cleanliness and calm vibe stood out.

Good location on the bike route. Clean rooms with tea & coffee facilities. Overnight bike storage. We didn’t eat here but food looked beautiful

Excellent hotel with friendly staff and delicious Greek cuisine in the evening to end a busy day.

The check-in process could be simpler, but overall, it was satisfactory.

After a long day of sightseeing, coming back to a freshly made bed was the best feeling. Housekeeping did an excellent job without being intrusive.
