very clean rooms, comfortable for couples (there is a window between the shower and bedroom so not sure if it will be comfortable for friends), the garden is very beautiful, the staff very kind, relaxation rooms are very cozy, you can easily fall asleep there. The SPA was with very nice atmospere

since it is a SPA hotel, there could've been more choices for the SPA facilities for which you shouldn't book a specific spot - there are 3 saunas (with different degrees) and one quite small pool, there could've been one steam room instead of one of the saunas for example. Of course they also have massages and therapies - but you can enjoy these if there is a free spot and usually should be booked upfront.

To answer logically to your question, I would to take the opportunity to highlight I am a recent Master of Business Administration (MBA) graduate and when it comes to analyse and qualify a business entity, I am in a good position to do that. And my experience includes hospitality industry. My observations were that you excel in everything. For example, Customer Services Management is defined according to marketing theory, on the principles of three factors: that includes physical evidence, personnel interactions with customers, and perceived product quality. And the basis of these underlying customer expectations, not only your organisation provide outstanding quality operational performance but your exceed customer expectations. Throughout of my journee back to Ireland, I have not stopped thinking about everything you do in that hotel.

No part of your operational structures doesn't meet the perceived expectations. I liked the variety and display of breakfast that give customers the freedom to choose.

This place was AAAAAAMMMAAAAAAAAAZZZING , I loved every part of it, my favourite was the resturant pond of water with fountains and fish. It was gorgeous. The breakfast was exceptional, variety of ingredients to pick from and a lot of options. The rooms were big and comfortable, the aesthetic of the rooms were very beautiful, I loved my stay here.

To be honest nothing at all, I enjoyed my stay to the fullest and it if I will come back I will chose this place over and over again.

Undercover motorcycle parking at no extra cost. Good choice of beers. Good value bar menu as well as restaurant menu. Good choice at breakfast. Comfortable, modern room with tilt and turn window. Attractive outdoor sitting area around a water feature. Very clean and well maintained. Staff spoke good English.

We couldn't work out how the room heating/air con worked and there were no instructions. It was a long walk from our room to the reception, dining room and bar.

Spacious room, fluffy bed, air-conditioning. Breakfast was super. Great coffee as well. Excellent wine list. Outside dining near the pond.

Food is nice, but also really expensive. Water melon carpaccio starter for 18 euro... The bathroom was excellent, but why place a floor to ceiling window in there so that you can see your room mate sit on the toilet?

Bed could have done with a few more pillows but main negative was lack of kettle + tea + coffee in the room. A small comfort but makes a huge difference to a hotel stay. Please take note of this request as I am sure many would agree.

The grounds of the hotel give an immediate holiday vibe, with the breakfast terrace overlooking the pond being a particular highlight. The facilities overall are excellent - you can spend all day lounging in the spa and pool area! The rooms are nice and clean, and we had a view of a small rooftop garden (with some chirping birds) that gave some added privacy.

The layout of the hotel is very confusing initially, so if you arrived via the car park you feel completely disoriented and end up walking with your belongings (and pet) through event/dining areas. A small 2nd reception/welcome area could be a good idea to help orient guests.

Combining luxury with comfort, every small detail was taken care of, and even when I did not like a small detail and pointed it out, it was resolved at the highest level, in addition to the good treatment and the constant desire of the staff and their effort to make the residents happy with the stay, which makes me want to extend my vacation to stay for a longer period. I recommend it again and again.

Nothing, everything has been taken care of

The staff were very friendly and answered all my questions. The room was good sized, and the bed was very comfortable. We had dinner in the restaurant, and the beer selection was very good. The food was tasty, as well. All in all, it was a great stay!

The window from the shower into the bedroom is a little weird if you're staying with family.

Its perfectly clean as always and we had a pool for ourselves again. Its our second stay at your hotel, and its our favorite place, since we drive from Denmark to England to visit the family. Its always quite, we can take our dog with us and its spotlessly clean*I especially love this* and lovely breakfast. And rabbits outside.

It was way too hot in the room i December like 25C. It was impossible to sleep, so we had to keep the balcony door open all night. Pls do yourselves, environment and guests a favour/ keep the room temperatures at 20C. Its easier to heat up than cool down.
