location is perfect near the river and the center and so many restaurants around. its near the train station waking distance about 8 min. the staffs are polite and helpful. rooms are super clean and there is AC and mini fridge in room

as the five star hotels there weren’t the tea or coffee facility in room also i asked for slippers but didn’t received. we have to go early morning to the train station and the reception starts work from 7 am means its not 24 reception. the breakfast was so simple as a 5 star hotel.

We received such a friendly welcome, including my dog. The staff were all super positive and went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. There was secure parking. The restaurant served delicious food and the breakfast was to die for. So many different tasty and healthy options.

We had a pretty dull view over some roofs.

Clean rooms and efficient process . Restaurant staff were fun and bubbly, nice food in Restaurant . Clean and all correct .

All hot Breakfast items were gone at 08:15 , not a huge problem but we couldn't understand why they wouldn't top up the hot food if all eaten. We ate bread for breakfast and also only cold food all day because all petrol stations in Germany had closed restaurants too . Reception staff a little bit too miserable. 1 small bottle of water in room for 2 men not enough . Little bit overpriced food . However fun waitress in restaurant made up for this as was good fun .

Not great choice for my tastes, but that only my personal tastes, not always going to get what you like coming from other countries

Few nights we’d been in restaurant eating at table from 7:30, in bar from 6:30, only to be told when we ordered deserts that kitchen was closed at 9, very disappointing to be spending so much in the hotel to hear that then

I would say breakfast was exceptional, big variety and good quality of product was available on your choice.

It was double bed in the room with two split mattress whIch found to be too soft, didn’t fill fully rested in the morning.

Central location in the main square in the city on the riverside! Comfortable, clean, spacious room! Polite, helpful staff! Delicious breakfast!

Very narrow parking place!

Never experienced this much of friendly welcoming hotel stay. This 5 generations family owned hotel is exceptionally perfect in all ways. Beautiful location and 5 min walk to city square. The owner and staffs are very polite and very very helpful (Lot of examples to give). Strongly recomend for any one who plans to stay in Rheine for Business, Leasure or for any other occations.

The breakfast could have been improved a bit with more options. Just a suggession.

It is the best hotel in Rhine with the best scene. You can enjoy the church, the river, the bridge and all the silent and comfort lifestyle of this German small town. The restaurant opened by the hotel is also super good.

Comfortable hotel in great town centre location. Good breakfast and lovely outside restaurant area. Great bike storage in garage.

No kettle in room

The hotel was on the riverfront. Most of the staff spoke English. The owner was very helpful. The breakfast was great. it was a 2 minute walk into the old town centre.
