We had a very enjoyable 4 days at Haus Kaiser. Our room was spacious and clean. The nice lady running the hotel does not speak English but we were able get translation from a lovely girl at the deli downstairs. It's a bonus to have the deli/coffee shop attached to the hotel.

Everything was very pleasant.

Great location with on-site parking. My single room was quite small, yet quaint, with a good sized balcony looking out over Tegernsee. Very friendly owner. A small fridge in the room.

No small soap or shampoo bottles/packets in the shower. No big deal., though. A quick Edeka stop day 2.

Breakfast could include a greater variety and then the warm water, wasn't warm enough.

Lovely spacious and warm apartment with lake views. Big bathroom with underfloor heating and comfy bed. Right beside the lake and a short walk to town and restaurants. High quality breakfast included - great value.

Shower drain was quite blocked up so water kept filling up the cubicle. Otherwise perfect!

Nice wood and tile floors, beautiful view of the lake from our rooms balcony. Breakfast was a bit limited but delicious (fresh bread rolls, preselected meats cheese, eggs upon request). Parking included. Charming. Little shops nearby. Nice path to walk along the lake.

Was disappointed that host did tel us we could use local transport free of charge (did not receive a guest card)...bus driver only told us after we've already bought several tickets.

Clean, beautiful view from balcony, very friendly host, good typical german breakfast, parking space available on property.

the only remark: basic amenities were not offered (shampoo, body wash). But when I asked for it, the owner immediately procured a bottle for me.

Location was amazing and the lake side view from our balcony was beautiful. Breakfast was great and the host was really friendly. Bed was really comfortable with large rooms. Facilities for bikes were also great too.
