The staff are very helpful and friendly. The location is about a 10 minute walk from Rulantica and 15 min walk to Europa Park. Easy walking routes. They have an onsite restaurant and parking. It is right next to Lidl and a supermarket for little items for park days. The rooms are very clean. The fridge was a bonus.

The lack of air con can be an issue 2 of the nights were very stuffy and as we were in the rooms with skylight they advise you to keep them closed in case it rains when out of the room. The freezer in the fridge did not keep the ice creams frozen which was unfortunate.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We have two people in our family that have Celiac disease and can not eat gluten. The staff made sure to have gluten free options at breakfast and took every effort to avoid cross contamination.

Pillows are bit too soft and the mattresses need to be upgraded. The room furniture is a bit worn, and could use an upgrade too.

Great location for Europa park and Rulantica. We walked to Rulantica in about 10 minutes from the hotel. The free shuttle bus from the station dropped us one street away from the hotel. Breakfast had far more choice than we were expecting. It was very hot when we stayed but fans were provided for the room. Rust village also exceeded our expectations. Great pizzeria in the village centre!

The location was excellent, easy to walk to either Europa Park or Rulantics, and was right next to Lidl and Edeka shops. The breakfast was lovely The beds where comfortable The staff were helpful The lounge area was useful

The play park was overgrown and rundown. The BFB didn't serve coffee No cups or glasses in the rooms

Buffet with a good selection. The owner jumped through hoops to make us feel more comfortable. We cycled to the Europa-Park and the Rulantica waterpark, both very close. We had a wonderful time. Parking is very convenient.

If you are in the annex (rooms 21-33) and have a lot of luggage, you might notice the lack of a lift. The stairs are quite steep, but we managed well. No complaints. Reception is open only from 8-noon, although help is always available on the phone.

Very affordable for our family of 5 to stay in while going to Rulantica. It was very basic but for 2 nights, that’s all we needed. Free parking at Rulantica and breakfast was a plus!

Walls are very thin! Our neighbors banged on their wall when we arrived I guess bc we were too loud. It was a little run down but good for what we needed it for.

Great location, 3 minute drive from Rulantica and a little further to Europa Park. Friendly staff, easy (and early) check in, nice breakfast buffet, and the price was great! (Our visit was in the winter so can’t speak to the price year round however we paid €60 for a room that could have slept 4, with a kitchenette) We we’re even given a parking pass for the park at no extra cost

The room was a little cold, but they was a space heater available in the room, so that was easily fixed.

The staff was very friendly. Rooms were very clean and the location was very good. A very comfortable and full of positive energy 🌻 The breakfast was excellent and generous We got two parking tickets too… It was really a great stay for us. Thanks Gästehaus am Wasserpark 🙏

Good spot with clean and large room, free parking for europa park, kind people, breakfast better than some 4 stars ive done, burger restaurant with fresh products for the dinner, nothing to say !

The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was great. The woman helped us and was always very friendly and warm. We plan to go there next time we visit Rust.

Internet was slow, and the signal broke every now and then.
