The proximity to europa park

We booked an apartment, its design was weird (entrance to bathroom from .kitchen, uncomfotrable bed, no closet. The breakfast had limited selection and almost no replacement when they ran out of bread. the staff was only available after 5 pm. They did not clean the room or change the towels on a daily basis. our apartment had a terrible smell of pesticides but they wouldn't change it since they said they were fully booked. the strong smell remained throughout our stay of 4 days

Location to Europa Park - a 10 minute walk Efficient air con during 30C+ temperatures (it wasn’t working when we arrived but the lady on reception changed the batteries in the remote and it was fine) Comfy beds Coffee making facilities in the room We were able to have 2 keys

Small bathroom Reception is only open 5pm-10pm Breakfast offering was pretty limited although we loved the meatballs. Things aren’t replenished so if you arrive in the last 20 mins there’s not much left. Expensive for what it was but you’re paying for the location.

We were in the separate building away from the main hotel, but just by about 100m - 3 minute walk. We we're in the large family room that looked like it was converted from a reception area, but it was perfect! Two bathrooms (presumably mens/womens) from when it was a reception area, a large clean shower room. One of the rooms had AC which was great, the other did not.

The other room without AC was quite warm and the proximity to the main road made it fairly loud to sleep in with the windows open.

The memory foam bed was outstanding. While tiny, the bathroom was clean and comfortable. The room's shutters kept the daylight out ensuring a good night's sleep.

The overall location was excellent - right in the middle of Rust, well within walking distance of Europa Park, but the room was unexpectedly located in a second building further up the street, so everything - checking in, breakfast, checking out - was a trip and back. This obviously wouldn't be the case had the room been one in the main facility, near the reception area.

The hotel is very good in general: the location in good, it takes about 30 minutes by walk to Rulantica and about 15 minutes to EuropaPark. Breakfast is perfect, there was everything I wanted for breakfast. There are some restaurants nearby.

Didn't see other rooms in this hotel but our room was too small for three persons, I traveled with my family: me, my spouse and a kid. From other sides the hotel is perfect.

We loved the property, location and space. We were really sad to leave but had enough of the area and did all we wanted to do. I wish it was closer to the family I was visiting and we would stay for weeks.

In the morning there’s a gas (like sewer gas) smell in the main bathroom by the front, that seems to come out. The kitchen needs more than one bowl too. But that’s all

This was our favorite hotel during our 11-day travel to Germany! The room was spacious, comfortable, clean, safe, quiet, and close to Europa Park! Breakfast was tasty and varied. This was the highlight of our trip

We didn't like that there was no one at reception during the day. Only from 17:00 which was sometimes a problem for us as guests.

Very close to the Europa Park (we stayed at Park Hotel & Gästehaus Rust the night before going to the Europa Park). Also, a very exquisite breakfast was set in the morning. Nice alternative to the Europa Park Hotels, but without the additional perks (like being allowed in a half hour earlier).

Bathroom could use a renovation. Still, everything was in working order, so no real reason to complain.

We loved the room. It was very clean. Everything was in walking distance.

There were a few holes in the wall, a tile was broken and a fixture in the bathroom was broken. Other than that this room was perfect!!

Super location near Europa Park. A very clean accommodation and very spacious. Ideal for a larger group or family. Would I stay here again? Yes, if sufficient cooking utensils are provided. Other accommodations in Rust have all this as standard.

Only 1 pan of 20 cm and 1 small pot is not enough for cooking. Because of this we had to order a takeaway. There was also dirty cutlery in the dishwasher on arrival. There was also no washing-up block per day, which many other accommodations have.
