The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, and the staff were super friendly! The location was a 12-minute walk to Europa Park and a 20-minute walk to the water park. The area was really quiet and felt safe all the time! The nespresso machine was a nice touch!

The only criticism I have is about the lack of presence at the reception. We had to wait when we arrived for someone to come, and another time I had to wait a fair while before anyone could see me.

Perfect to walk to Europapark (15 mins), restaurants nearby (5-10 mins). Clean, friendly, great breakfast, car parking easy, handy kitchenette. Could not fault it at all, made the holiday all the more pleasant. Air conditioning worked well, tv had netfix so could use my account, nice little balcony for evening drinks out the patio doors too. Perfect family rooms, bunk bed in one room, double in the other.

First of all the area of rust seemed very nice and new and well maintained and that didn’t change when we arrived at the hotel. The staff greeted us very kindly and spoke good English and gave us a free parking voucher to use at the Rulantica water park. There is ample free parking at the hotel and a 10 min walk to europa park. Breakfast was exactly what we needed again staff was very polite. Netflix in the room which nowadays I believe every hotel should have! All round Great stay well done to the staff and the owner!

Nothing, if I had to pick one thing it would be that I didn’t find the bed the most comfortable but there was nothing wrong with it still slept fine and each to there own some people may prefer a bed like that.

We recently stayed at the Hotel am Park in Rust, Germany, and I had a wonderful experience. The hotel is located just a short walk (10min) from Europa Park, making it the perfect place to stay if you're planning on visiting the park. The hotel is also within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and other attractions in Rust. The hotel itself is very cozy and inviting. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the beds are comfortable. The hotel has a large breakfast buffet that is sure to please everyone. There is also free parking available on-site. The Wi-Fi at the hotel is fast and reliable. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. They were always willing to go the extra mile to make sure that I had a comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend the Hotel am Park to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient place to stay in Rust.

Although, the overall stay was positive, there is a few minor disadvantages: 1. The room was rather small, and 2. The room was warm due to the hot weather (27C outside), so we had to keep the window open at night.

Everything about this hotel is so well thought out. You can tell that a lot of thought was put into the customer experience, from the bedding, to the kitchen appliances, to the layout of the furniture. It was such an easy space to live in. The breakfast was delicious and fresh, with little platters of fresh fruit and lots of options and alternative milk which is a big plus. The neighbourhood is so charming, whether you go for Europapark of the beauty of the Foret Noir region, Rust is lovely to walk around, lots of restaurants and very walkable.

For the type of stay it was and the needs we had, it was perfect.

Perfect location, rooms were modern and clean, was great to have a balcony too! Good breakfast and friendly staff 😁

Could do with some shelving in the bathroom and thicker pillows for bedroom.

The staff were very friendley and helpful. The breakfast was an added bonus to fill up on before a day at the parks. Small but has everything you need and we enjoyed it. Our apartment had a balcony with views of silver star at Europa Park.

Amazing hotel for visiting Europa Park. A short walk away from the park entrance, but far enough so that it is very quiet and peaceful around. Staff very friendly and the facilities are brilliant. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was superb. Modern look and furniture. The best part was that it had an air con. The host was super nice and friendly. Loved the breakfast. Very close to Europa park and halal restaurant.

Everything was good except for the water they provided. We drink still water and it was gas water which was useless for us.

The breakfast was substantial and satisfying. The pricing of drinks in the vending machine was also reasonable (1.5€ for 350ml water, 350ml_2.5€ for cola, including funds). The advance contact from the owner via the Booking.com site was clear and reassuring. The facilities were new, functional, clean and comfortable.

It's not the hotel's fault, but I was a little worried about the voices of other guests in the hallway outside the room, so it might have been nice to have a note of caution.
