Location, clean , good pillows, kind service, AC , parking.

The double bed is too soft. I ordered a certain room but was allocated another. They changed it though at my request. The room has compementary coffee but not water. They did not notified that hotels give parking vaucher for rulantica. I knew only because other hotel told me and had to ask for it.

This place is perfectly located for Europa Park - a 5 minute walk from the main entrance. Basic accommodation but more than sufficient for the amount of time we actually spent there (theme park, sleep, repeat). Close to some good eateries, and with an honesty minibar you can refill yourself. Didn't get to see much of the hosts as we were theme parking it all day, but our short interactions were pleasant. Can't comment on the small kitchen area as we didn't use it. Would definitely stay here again (and probably will as my boy wants to go back next year for the new coaster in the park).

Was worried the ground floor room at the front would suffer from road noise, however with the windows shut it was OK.

Gita was an extremely kind and welcoming host. She showed us around and treated us like family from the first moment. They were very accommodating with us when we had to change our travel plans last minute and let us rebook without any extra fees.

Gita/anyone at the reception is not there all day, meaning if you come back from Europapark later in the evening, you will miss them. Also no breakfast is included.

Gita is a wonderful host , she was personally there to greet us with her big warm hug. The property is only 5 minutes away from the Europa Park and is centrally located with many eat outs around the area including a lovely bakery with many breakfast options available as well . The nearest grocery shop was Lidl which was 15 minutes away by walking . We stayed in one of the first floor apartments at Gita’s Haus- it was neat , clean and all basic amenities provided . Although we spoke different languages, but we could really communicate well and discovered many common likings . If we visit Rust again , we will be staying only at Gita’s Haus .

Walking distance to Europa park. Big clean apartment. Free tea coffee and parking. Extremely friendly owner. You had everything you could need. I will sure book the same in future.

Price. But I understand all the hotels around the park are expensive.

Great location and extraordinary hospitality by Gita. Gita herself and her husband were present greeting us when we arrived, making sure we have all we need, saying goodbye before we left. We, especially kids, miss them. They genuinely treat guests as family. Fresh free coffee, washing, dryer, great parking and air conditioning. Situated very close to Europa Park main entrance with many restaurant options, pharmacy, bakery and such.

Gita's welcome was probably the warmest welcome we have received in hotel property EVER. There's welcome coffees and cookies and warm bear hug from Gita to welcome you. The rooms are a stone throw away from Europapark itself and it has a lot of food options around. Plenty of parking is available on site and around as well. The rooms are perfect for a family and extremely hygienic and clean.

Perfection doesn't need improving!

It is close to Europa Park and it is really clean ! I recommend going at Gita’s Haus to every Europa Park enthusiast !

Location - great for walking to Europapark, walking distance to nice restaurants, free parking. Perfect for family of 4. good sized room,. very clean.

The bunk beds were a bit high for small children - quite a big gap for them to fall out from

We loved the cleanliness, spaciousness, comforts (yay air conditioning!), location, and caretakers of Gitas Haus. With our extended family (11 in total), we had 3 apartments. All were excellent quality and our largest sufficient size to host everyone for lunch and dinner. Nicely located in Rust - very easy walk to EuropaPark.
