We were two in a room with 3 beds, hence we had enough space. Also the room had a view towards Europa Park, so it was really great for my son to be able to observe Silver Star! Location for people visiting Europa Park couldn't be better, it is literally 50 M from the main entrance. In Haus A where we were, there was a lift, so accessibility for family was easy. There is electric charging station for cars. Breakfast is rich and variable.

Room for improvement - the hotel insists on self check in where you need to scan your passport. I personally don't feel comfortable scanning my passport on devices with questionable security when there is a physical person working on the reception. But the lady didn't want to do the check in, she insisted that everybody uses the machine.

Perfect location in proximity to Europa Park. Breakfast was modest but very nice. The staff was very kind and accommodated our early checkout by providing a generous lunch bag filled with juice, yogurts, croissants and sandwiches. Room was clean, bathroom was clean, room provided a complimentary water bottle and gummy bears.

This isn’t the property’s fault, and the staff kindly provided a contact number for a taxi, but it’s difficult to coordinate with public transport in the early morning. There’s no rideshare service in the area. We came from France, our train was rescheduled for much earlier and it was an ordeal to find an available taxi to take us to Ringsheim station at around 5AM.

This was our second stay at this property, and first time back since it changed hands. The new owners have refreshed the property and it is clean, comfortable and more neutral in colour. We stayed in the Aquarium room and enjoyed watching the fish swim along. The location cannot be beat - we returned to the room from Europa Park each afternoon to rest for a little while and enjoy the air conditioning before returning for the rest of the day.

The breakfast was fine but could possibly have a few more choices. A little more storage in the room would be helpful.

The room was very clean and seemed rather new. The breakfast was nice and the location is great for Europa park.

The mini fridge didn't seem to be cold and the shower head didn't stay attached to the holder so it kept falling down and hitting me. No one at breakfast spoke English so I had no idea what slices of meats I was given etc.

Super clean room. No chills right up Europa park perfect location. There’s a small grocery shop located on sure. Open on Sunday too Very good breakfast spread. I stayed later than the scheduled end time for breakfast and the staff still allowed me to grab my last orange juice before leaving. Friendly staff. N reception also friendly ;) Parking is free on site Cannot reserve but there are many parking lots. No problem fir us All v nice. I highly recommend It’s also bear ro a few good Italian places to eat. Like 5 mins walk away. :)

Nothing. It’s all Good

Rooms were very clean and lots of space for myself and my son. Very comfy beds. Clean bathroom with a shower. Rooms cleaned daily and towels changed when you needed them. Free Wifi and aircon in the rooms. Breakfast was nice. Lots of variety. Reception staff were very helpful with information on buses and the area. You can also hire towels from the reception for the Water pack for 4 euros, that was 2 towels and a beach bag. Nice little shop right beside the hotel selling drinks, pizza and snacks

The hotel is great—modern, clean, and spacious rooms with everything you need. We stayed in Block C, which was quiet and well-maintained. Breakfast was also a highlight, with plenty of options to choose from. However, I wasn’t a fan of the self check-in process. It was slow, and in our case, didn’t work at all. The hotel relies entirely on the check-in machines, which meant there was only one person at the front desk—and that just isn’t enough.

Literally a 2 min walk to the park and bus station. Quick check-in. Restaurants 5 mins away. Staff were really helpful and quick to help with everything. They even arranged for a taxi to pick us up from the train station when I called them (bus is good enough btw, taxi isn't really required). Air-conditioning worked nicely.

Not much to complain about. Perhaps breakfast could have a few more choices. But it's still quite nice. Didn't have a closet but they provided lots of hooks and a large drawer.

Breakfast room has a "non optimal" layout, with a tiny corridor that gets stuck with too many people. Queuing for breakfast is a really bad process, since it should should be a parallel process (instead of sequential one). Person A might get jam and bread, but person B might get eggs, so it makes no sense for person B to wait for person A to complete. But the little corridor makes this very hard.

The spot is insanely practical ; 3’ away from the entrance of the park. Ratio price/ quality is well respected - a little bit expensive but hey, It is in front of the park and… people probably stay for 1-2 nights max. “Free” parking - I let my car there the entire day ; got no ticket. Truly good. Also, we took the room late ; booked it probably at 21:45. Got there at 21:55. Staff was really kind. Breakfast is good as well - pretty much complete for this type of place. If you gotta stay for one night, I recommend you to book it. Enjoy!
