This is a family business. Run by an amazing lady. We arrived after a long day at the park. Rooms were ready with a bottle of rosee wine and chocolate in each of the rooms.well heated. Warm water. Nicely decorated. 5min away from the park. Price is very fair. Breakfast was also great with omelettes, salmon, cheeses etc... everything you need. The spirit inside is amazing. Good vibes.

This was my fifth time staying here and has become part of my Europa Park routine. Comfortable beds, excellent breakfast, super friendly staff. Happy to look after my suitcase all day so I could visit theme park and checked in at night time. Short, flat walk from Europa Park. Drink and snacks vending machine and free tea and coffee all day and night.

would be even better if customers are informed in advance that the tourist tax includes free parking for Europa park and generally what this tax consists of, because I paid a parking ticket by my own prior to come to the hotel Otherwise all good

Nice place, very good location and nice service too. Price wise it is a perfect option when visiting Europapark or Rulantica. They had a decent breakfast with freshly made scrambled eggs or omelette. Good veggie options too, but not vegan. Everyone was very nice. We arrived quite late but had to call the number on front and they remotely opened the door and guided us to our room, where the key awaited us. So the check in process was pretty easy.

While the room we stayed in was quite spacious, only thing missing was more surface furniture. There was just one small desk, but no night tables or otherwise, for you to put your stuff on.

We had a gigantic room with a sauna included. I liked our stay there, but found it a bit awkward to have no one there at reception, but it was still a smooth check in. Free parking was great. A 5 min drive from rulantica. Good value.

Impeccable clean, spacious rooms. Absolutely amazing patio with hammocks and cozy resting area. There is also а trampoline for kids. Free coffee, tea and fruit any time. Our room had super cute unique design with particularly comfy beds and pillows. The view from the room opens to a cozy water channel with swans 🦢 . Breakfast includes various choices of bread, dairy, pastry, ham, fish and fruit. Eggs are cooked individually for every guest according to their preference. Guests can enjoy their breakfast outside or inside. We liked our stay in the hotel very much. Totally recommend.

Every thing it’s one of our best accommodations super comfy, clean, modern and elegant you feel you’re at home especially with the smiley helpful staff , it’s also very closely could even be a walking distance to the park

Very friendly staff, a comfortable homey hotel. Beautiful yard and terrasse, where you could sit and drink coffee on the house. Good location for bicycle travellers. I would happily stay here longer.

The room was a bit hot during our stay in July.

Very cleans and well presented. My train arrived several hours before check in but they were quite happy to keep my bags and give me the key before I spent the rest of the day at Europa Park. Was expecting to have to ask for my bag when I got back but they had already moved it into my room. Excellent service! And on my last day I only arrived for breakfast with around five minutes to spare and expecting just to pick over the left overs but the staff were still happy to make me scrambled eggs. in general a great experience and highly recommended for Europa Park if you do not want to spend on their own hotels. brilliant stay!

Iva was amazing. She was very kind and helpful. We loved our stay. The place was beautiful. Very clean. The breakfast was perfect. I highly recommend R&J if you are traveling to Europa Park or Rolantica this is a perfect place to stay. I highly recommended it.
