Breakfast is great. Maybe eggs a little overcooked. And the addition of pancakes could make it even better. Location is great. Only 10 min walk from Europapark and close to many restaurants. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The tap water is not so great. We unfortunately had to buy bottled water. It would be great if the mattress were more firm. It was a little floppy. It would be great if there were more English or french TV channels that were unblocked. (I would pay extra for this service). Also would be great if one could access streaming services on the TV, such as netflix or prime. Or be able to connect a phone to the TV to access streaming services.

We were greeted at the hotel with a lovely welcome from the staff member at reception. The room itself was great, very clean and had all the amenities that we needed. The location was perfect, we were in the area to go to EuropaPark and it was an easy walk to the main entrance. We also had dinner at the restaurant at the Hotel and the food was great!

While the bed was comfortable, the pillows were a bit flat. The hairdryer in the bathroom could do with an upgrade. On our last night, we were kept awake until the early hours (around 3am) with noise from one of the other rooms who were using their balcony (but not 100% sure what room), we tried to ask them to quieten down but it continued. I always expect noise from other rooms and of course people should be able to enjoy themselves but this was excessive with no consideration for others staying.

It was about a 15 minute walk from Europa-Park, which made going to the park all easy. The staff was also very nice and accommodating. The room was nice and had a large balcony. There is also a restaurant, which was convenient after a long day at the park.

The pillows in the room were really uncomfortable, very very big and thick.

very clean and exactly what we wanted. Non- faffy , beds were comfy, breakfast was good & staff were amazing. So helpful, nothing was too much trouble. 10 minute walk to europa park & 5.min drive to rulantica (free parking incl at hotel & EP & Rulantica) would 100% stay here again

The hotel was perfectly situated and very easy to find. it was fantastically clean!!!!! Our room was a great size and had everything we needed. The staff were super friendly and extremely helpful. The restaurant has an excellent menu and we ordered our food to be brought to our room. Absolutely delicious and great value! Breakfast was also really good. We had an excellent stay! We would highly recommend it and definitely stay again!

Hotel installations are great, very clean, staff is really helpful. Breakfast and location are highlights (great food, quite close to Europa Park, walking distance).

Small bathroom, leaky shower

I liked everything about my stay at this hotel. Starting with the warm welcome on arrival and all staff going above and beyond to ensure my stay was outstanding. The room was superb, breakfast was amazing and the food in the restaurant at night was delicious and fantastic value

When we arrived they notified us that they have a better room available for us as we booked, that was such great news. The room was clean, had all we needed. The breakfast in the morning was amazing as well. I would recommend it.

Good breakfast and coffee and friendly hotel staff. Parking at the hotel. We had the basement room and no problem with any sounds or disturbances from the restaurant above.

The bathroom was small but not a major issue.
