I really liked the breakfast and dinner. I believe the quality was exceptional. I had the a la carte, I asked for a salad, and a sirloin steak and cheesecake. It was all very good. Our rooms were cleaned daily. The bus was not running, so we walked down to Europa park. It was a pleasant walk. There was a great variety of restaurants near by. So we never worried about where to eat. Just what we were in the mood for.

The dinner was fine dining. So it’s priced a little high. But the quality was worth it. The bus was not working. Can this be resolved? I don’t know who needs to know about this.

The bed was really comfortable, the TV was huge, the bathroom was really nice! We slept really well. The modernity of the equipment have to be mentionned, it’s really nice to be able to show from the interior of you don’t want to be disturbed or if the room needs to be cleaned just by the touch of a screen. Also the rolling electric shutters is something that is so rare in a hotel that it’s really worth to be mentionned.

There were some suspicious stains on the curtains next to the bed and some other on the glass of the shower, this shouldn’t have been overlooked. But that’s about it.

The hotel staff was wonderful and the service was truly exceptional, with a warm and personal touch. I really enjoyed the breakfast – it was tasty and more than enough. Everything suited my taste perfectly. The girls loved every moment in the pool. Yes, it’s a small place, but it’s very comfortable and convenient. We had a great time!

Nice, clean and modern hotel in the center of Rust, about 15-20 minutes walk to Europapark. Also busses available. Limited parking space, but electric charging possible. Very good air-conditioning. Domotics available. Smart-TV. Very good window screens. Spacious room and bathroom and (rain)shower. Swimming pool available. Friendly staff. Extensive breakfast. Outside dinner is possible.

Bit unclear what the timetables for a bus ride for the Europapark and Rulantica were. Not possible to enter the breakfast/dinner area outside breakfast/dinner times. Bit sterile atmosphere.

Excellent breakfast Friendly staff Close to park. 14 minute walk to entrance and if you leave via the Hotel/resorts exit you exit within a minutes walk of hotel. Lovely pool area. Dinner was quite expensive, but excellent quality and presentation. Bus stop for train station and bus to Europa Park and water park both 50 metres from hotel.

Family of three traveling to Europa park. Room was nice and clean. We had two beds. We had breakfast and dinner there every night. The pool was great. There is a bus stop we used to go to Europa park.

It was busy when we went. Service was a wait but still very good. I had lasagna and it was huge! I could only eat half. My husband and child had schnitzel and it was good. We needed towels for the pool. We had to ask the front desk for more.

The room was spacious and comfortably accommodated 2 adults and 2 kids. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and very communicative. The air conditioning worked well, which was especially important during the hot summer. They hotel even gave us free parking voucher for the EuropaPark.

Im my opinion the best hotel in Rust, the hotel room is modern and has all the facilities needes for the stay, the important thing in this hotel is that in has a very effective and cold air conditioning system which makes you really relax and feel comfortable during the summer season, also the windows has shutter system which you can close and no lights can come in. Breakfast is okay also, the hotel has elevator which makes it easy moving the suitcases up and down. people at the reception are very nice and friendly, thank you so much

Staff was very friendly at both the reception and in the restaurant. Room was super modern and felt like it was built with quality materials. Really nice layout to the room as well. If you want to just wake up and walk to the Europapark entrance it's less than 30 minutes. It's also very close to two bus stops if you want to go that route. (The local bus driver I had both times was a little grumpy but he's dealing with hundreds of disorganized families a day, so just keep things moving if you get on one)

Breakfast buffet was somewhat pricey for a breakfast buffet but the ingredients were top notch and fresh so you won't be disappointed if you want a solid breakfast.
