If you are going to arrive after 10pm you MUST let the hotel know and pay in advance. There are no staff on site after 10pm and an arrangement can be made for the key to be left in a lock box. Breakfast is avaialble from 0830 on a Saturday - don't know about during the week. Hotel immaculately clean, lovely breakfast and lovely person on duty in the morning who made us a very nice breakfast.

There is nothing nearby apart from a petrol station and a Burger King about 2 mins drive from the hotel. It is on an industrial estate so not one around on a Saturday. We were the only people staying in the hotel, so slightly strange experience as no staff on duty after 10pm, but they were very helpful in leaving a key for us. Not a complaint, but slightly different to anything we have experienced before.

The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are very friendly, professional and accommodating. The hotel is in perfect location when travelling throughout the country.

There are no staff throughout the night, if we ever need anything. The reception and kitchen are closed after 8pm, so if you arrive late, you will not be able to check in. We had to get up early and there were no staff till 7am so we could not have coffee or breakfast or water for that matter. We couldn't even leave our room keys with a receptionist. How is it a hotel of that size, near a motorway, does not employ a night shift?! The staff are amazing and they're probably payed pittance so would it be too much for the owner to employ another worker for the night shift to pay him/her pittance (you're taking enough money from the room prices!!!!! It is not cheap!) ?! What a weird world we're living in!

Great location just off of the motorway. Private, fresh breakfast for us. Staff also allowed me to park my 8m trailer in their car park as they were not very busy.

The bed is very soft, may be fine for some but was too soft for me.

We had a very comfortable stay, stopping off on our way to Austria. The hotel is conveniently located, just of the autobahn. The rooms are very clean and well looked after. The staff are extremely friendly and breakfast is superb.

The beds are a bit too soft but really comfortable. And the view from the windows is fantastic! You can see through the whole snowy white world with a very broad horizon. I strongly recommend the twin bed room if you visit Rutesheim or some where close to it.

The design of the shower room is a bit weird, there’s only a tiny glass about half size of the room for water proof. It’s very weird to take a shower there.

We were traveling through so only spent the on night great location just off the motorway. Lovely large room. Hotel felt it was built to high standard with quality fittings. Really nice breakfast, eggs freshly cooked to your liking. Friendly and helpful staff.

Very nice new hotel, super clean, spacious, lots of mirrors and I generally liked the design. Also the views are beautiful.

Simple breakfast (back option to include scrambled eggs with bacon was taken) , good spacious room, clean facilities. Staff excellent and speak English. Very good stay. Would return. Just off the motorway.
