- The room was spotless, especially the bathroom. We thought the bathroom was renovated and we were the first ones to use it, but on the second night, we realized that it was just that their cleaning skills were on point. We could not find a single sign that we used the shower the night before. - The room was fully equipped and big enough for two people. - The location was nice with restaurants, bakeries, and bus stops around.

- On the first night, we did hear some food steps, but it was overall very quiet. But the next night after midnight, someone on our floor stomped in, slammed the door like five or six times (no idea why), started playing loud music, and kept stomping around for like a couple of hours. I would not say it is the hotel's fault. It was definitely about that insensitive drunk guest, but it would have been nice if there were earplugs or if the hotel had ways to deal with such a loud drunk guest.

Great location, super clean and spacious family room. Very straightforward late check-in when reception was closed. Very comfy beds.

Limited parking availabily on the premises, but not difficult to find alternatives within a reasonable distance. Our room had no airco, but a fan did a pretty good job anyway.

Clean, efficient and comfortable hotel. Helped out with storage of bikes and a kayak. Parking is very convenient if booked. We didn’t reserve a space soon enough so parking became a bit of an issue (there are only 5 spaces). If we had booked in time it would have been perfect.

Great location for the centre of town, perfect for a short stay in Pforzheim. We also liked the three bed room, perfect for staying with a toddler. I'm very glad we chose this hotel and would recommend it!

There's no lift, but it wasn't too far to our room on the first floor.

The staff was really nice and engaged! The shower was good. It was very clean.

No reception was really not a nice expereince. No mini bar, no water, not even a glass. Everything around was closed. You can hear a lot from the other rooms.

Great value for money. Basic single accomodation exceeded expectations. Modernised. Very comfortable. Very clean. Quiet. Very good nights sleep. Recommend. Warm welcome by staff. Good to see fresh fruit and vegetables on breakfast menu.

Balcony for communal use. Sadly so much smoking. Only a couple of meters away from open windows required for ventilation and cooling. Smoke ends up in room. Really unpleasant.

Very nice and attentive staff, secure parking is a plus, good breakfast, very quiet, comfy beds –– all good.

If there's anything to criticise it would be the lighting and style in the rooms that feels a bit cold.

The location was central. The staff was helpful. Buffet breakfast (included in the room rate) was above my expectation. The room was clean and spacious.

I had trouble finding the red box with the auto check-in. Took me a few minutes before I found it. The Reception is only open a few hours in the morning and in the afternoon/ evening.

Lovely hotel in the centre of Pforzheim with safe parking.The staff were helpful and friendly and the breakfast was very good. My room fronted the road and there were a lot of early morning deliveries, there are shops opposite but after closing the windows it was not a problem. Very nice Italian restaurant almost next door with outside seating.

The staff were fantastic and the hotel was really clean.

It was quite hard to find. I must have driven past about 5 times before I found it.
