The location was great. We also enjoyed a special Christmas dinner that was quite impressive. The staff were all very welcoming. We had. One of the dining room servers was particularly wonderful, his name is Rui. He was so energetic and charming. I enjoyed the sauna as well. Very comfortable as long as you are comfortable being nude in mixed company.

We seemed to have difficulty regulating the heat in our room (it got pretty wam at times). The only heat that seemed to be on was in our bathroom.

The restaurant in the hotel was one of the coziest restaurants I have visited in a hotel, the service was great and the food was delicious. The SPA facilities were also working properly and cozy. The bed in the room was very comfortable.

Our room was in a different building than the restaurant and SPA so it's slightly uncomfortable to walk in your bathrobe to the SPA when it's cold outside.

Breakfast was a great for a European Breakfast. Balcony was cute Check in and out super easy and friendly. Location was lovely.

The carpet in the room was very dirty and the bathroom had not be renovated in my lifetime, the shower door doesn't slide very well. No tea/coffee station No fridge.

The breakfast was great, lots of options to choose from! And enough to keep you going until dinner time.

The doors to the rooms were paper thin and all noise from other guests was clearly heard. So maybe not putting people travelling with dogs right next to the elevator and stairs might be better.

We arrived in the evening just as the restaurant was closing but they were so kind and took care of our hungry family by providing a great dinner for us. We really appreciated their hospitality. Breakfast was also very good. The rooms were nice also.

Everything was great.

The building is really beautiful and the setting is so pretty. The view of the Black Forest and the village from the bedroom window was stunning. It was a pleasure to see every morning.

Beautiful hotel with a classical touch. Our room was spacious (junior suite), bed very comfortable, little balcony facing the back yard, bathroom a little dated with a sink drain issue. Breakfast great, dinner a little pretencious. Spacious hotel parking, beautiful surroundings. Staff very nice and helpful.

Beautiful accomodation. The room was very lovely and the breakfast and restaurant were superb. We truly loved staying in this lovely little town.

Very comfy room, super friendly staff, and great breakfast included. Also pet friendly.

Dog fee is 18€ per night. That should be clearly stated on Booking, but unfortunately it is not. Besides that, everything else was great.

Amazing sauna. Very good breakfast, get to it early to enjoy it at its best. Staff were all very helpful & friendly. Room and shared spaces were all well styled and thoughtfully modernised.

Wifi in the room was poor.
