If I am ever in Black Forest, this is exactly where I will be staying again and again. The place is run by a very kind American Indian couple who greets you with a warm smile and makes you feel comfortable instantly. I was here for Ravennaschlucht/ Ravenna gorge Christmas market and Hotel Faller’s location was great. Just 7 minutes bus ride to Hinterzarten and the frequency is good, buses stop right in front of the hotel. Food was great, my room was nice and spacious. A very comfortable bed. I totally recommend.

There is nothing that I didn’t like. I loved everything about the property and my stay overall.

Breakfast was not included in the price of the room, if I had known what was the choices for the breakfast, I would not have chosen to pay for this breakfast. We were very welcomed by the hostess, she helped me by lending an adapter for my cord.

We would have liked if breakfast was included and a restaurant on the premises. The non smoking policy was not what I expected, our balcony was next to a smoker and we had the smoke entering into our room.

Enough parking just below. The room was huge and well laid out. Hinterzarten and Titisee are not that far by car. Neat and clean towels and linen.

There was no ac so we had to keep the window open. The noise from the main road passing next to the property was quite disturbing during the night.

It was a big & nice room to sleep, very comfortable! Bathtub I liked it! And very good hotel with people who serve well with warm harts! We could not eat porc for breakfast, but they proved us with chicken hams! Very very kind people with nice hotel, I want to come back again!

I booked 3 beds as we were 2 adults and 3 years old of kid with view, but bed was 2 single bed... if it was 2 bed with queen size and single bed, I understand, but it was 2 single beds...

As we are long time bicycle travellers, the hotel was in a very convenient place after a 30 km climb. To our surprise, the hotel is owned by an Indian family and, as we love Indian food, the cook made us a fantastic Indian breakfast. Thank you again, that was so nice of you. Hopefully the restaurant will open soon because the man who cooked our breakfast will definitely cook a very tasty meal as well.

Stayed here for a night, the room is spacious, the bathroom is very clean. Beds are comfortable, we loved the balcony as well. The staffs are very welcoming and friendly. My family enjoyed our stay here.

My room had an amazing view. The staff was very courteous, specially the Manager. He advised me on many things to see nearby. Owner is also very friendly. I took the bus from Hinterzarten railway station and it took just 5 minutes. If you have car the reachability is super easy. The trail of the famous Ravenna bridge starts just 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel. The breakfast buffet was also really good. My stay was very comfortable. And I am definitely looking forward to stay there again very soon. Thank you for the wonderful stay !

I like the location. It is not far from Hinterzarten where we arrived through train. And it's not far from Ravennaschlucht! In case their Restaurant is close, there's a nearby restaurant just 50 meters away. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel which makes it easier to travel with bus. The room with balcony and mountain view is nice and relaxing. Cleanliness is well maintained. Lastly, I am very impressed with the very pleasing personality of the staff (both the receptionist and the one in the dining room)!
