The hotel staff was amazing and super friendly. As a vegetarian family, we had a few constraints on what we can eat. The people on property were amazing hosts and accomdated the different requests we had for breakfast. Their hospitality made our stay delightful. Highly recommend for leisure trips 🙂

This is a great property in an excellent location. A real taste of Alpine life. Staff were extremely helpful, food was very good.

The beds were two wooden single beds pushed together with two separate quilts, would have been nice to have one bigger quilt

I did not like my bed something was spiking me not sure if it was the cover or something else but my wifes bed was fine

Some of the rooms are fully renovated. We got one of those. And were super nice. My brother got an old room, which is not as good as the newly renovated rooms. The rest of the property is very nicely decorated and well maintained. The staff/host is caring.

Sounds of church bell all night. Nothing can be done as the rooms are beside the church. The breakfast was not good. Compared to all the other places we have been in the black forest. 3/10 for the breakfast. Also the large breakfast room was kind of smelling. Not bad smell. but smelling. Sit outside and then not a problem

The staff were very kind and courteous. The rooms were clean and neat. The views from the rooms were stunning. The location was perfect and easily accessible.
