Stunning location in the centre of a beautiful town. The views from our room were incredible. The suite was full of light, spacious and, immaculately clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower excellent. Breakfast was also fabulous with a great choice of options. The staff couldn't do enough for you. A drink on the roof terrace watching the sunset was a perfect end to a day. We can't wait to return.

Only one minor thing., as a visitor from the UK, I love my cups of tea....no option to make a drink in the room as only coffee was provided. It's a cultural thing, as they don't drink much tea in Germany, but I missed not being able to make my own.

The hotel is great! Perfect location, near the city center and train station. The breakfast was very good. The restaurant on the top floor has a great view and beautifully decorated. The staff at the reception was super nice and spot Spanish. I recommend the hotel and would stay there again. The only topic I was a bit annoyed was the parking situation, but it is not a big deal.

Parking availability was part of my reason for selecting the hotel. However, when I did the booking, no information about additional fee for parking was mentioned. It would be nice to have that clearly stated in the description (when booking). When I arrived, I was lucky to find a parking spot available. Parking spot is limited and, as I understood, available at a first come first serve basis. It is also not nice when you arrive late in the evening and specifically informed about your parking needs. Anyway, I hope this review help other visitors to make an informed decision when booking your stay.

The corner room had a beautiful view out of two windows, despite being so close to the main street, it wasn't loud at all. However, the view from the rooftop bar is even better! Breathtaking landscape around Schwäbisch Gmünd, as well as the city can be looked at while sipping a drink and sitting comfortably in the shade of umbrellas. Huge beach-bar vibes and definitely worth another visit.

There was absolutely nothing I didn't like! The hotel was even ready to lend us umbrellas, when it started pouring rain. The staff were super-helpful and very friendly. Yes, there was still some construction going on, but it wasn't an issue and I can imagine how awesome the place will look after that is concluded.

The rooms are so nice -- tasteful, comfortable, clean, gorgeous view. Staff was great. The restaurant didn't really have vegan options, but they did their best to come up with some when we dined with them.

The chair in front of the desk area is hard to move around. The buttons on the bottom of the bed lamps are hard to figure out (or find). Really, that's it.

Staff was friendly and efficient - really looking out for you. Breakfast lack overnight oats or Bircher Muesli - when i mentioned it there was an apology and a promise to have it next time. I am very happy with this response.

Staff is wonderful, breakfast has excellent selection and quality, location is perfect.

limited dedicated parking so occasionally it's necessary to park at the Stadtgarten (200m away). Nespresso in the room would be nice.

The hotel claims there is free parking, but there are not enough spaces. If you go somewhere and return late in the evening, you are unlikely to find a place to park.

There were renovations going on which was not mentioned on the website. There was a private party in the restaurant so we had to go to a restaurant in town to eat something. The town is nice by the way and not far from the hotel.
