Overall our stay was pleasant, and we were generally satisfied with the facilities and services provided. Breakfast was varied and well-presented, and the pool, sauna and fitness room were adequate, though in need of more regular maintenance and upkeep. Parking (indoor garage and outdoor lot) was convenient and reasonably priced. Covid regulations were consistently followed.

The biggest issue we had was that the staff did not really understand the concept of "customer service", as they seemed to focus more on following hotel policies and procedures. No specific complaints, just an overall impression that guest care was not the first priority.

Very clean hotel, large room and cosy. Staff was very kind, parking space very nice and the hotel was very close to city centre. Breakfast was very good! The swimming pool was clean, not too big, not that small! The price was a bit high considering that it was located in a small city.

It was a but expensive. Everything else was fine.

The staff were super kind to arrange vegan breakfast buffet options for me. I loved it and truly appreciate them getting so many options for me :)

I have spent almost 20 years traveling to Gmuend and stay at the Fortuna. Nice location, great breakfast. Staff is always friendly and welcoming when I arrive.

Parking spaces in the garage are narrow and difficult for me (as an American) to park :-). It would also be more efficient to just have the gate open automatically, rather than having to use a token from the front desk.

The room is big and clean and they have ac as well. Location is great near in the city center. So many restaurants and shops by walk. Breakfast is ok.

Single room for non-smoker is good. Peaceful place have an air condition but its up to you switch it on or not.

no fridge for food or drink to keep if you don't like to go out. not like 2 yrs ago room have have fridge inside room with amenities like beer or something even need to pay it..
