They reply fast to my messages. The place is clean but because it's a youth hostel there may be groups of students that make some noise, but it wasn't too bad. You must expect this experience from all youth hostels. Also there is a small venue where some concerts are held, and this hostel is the closest one you literally just have to walk 5 minutes, which is very convenient since concerts can end late in the night. The area and the hostel itself feels safe.

Do not arrive earlier than the check-in time because I was curtly told that they do not allow anyone to sit in the lounge prior to that time, nor to leave your luggage, even though it was very cold outside and you have to walk a long way to the nearest cafe.

Excellent Hostel, modern and well looked after by the great TEAM! Easy parking with a close walk to the city center. Generous breakfast with multiple options. I did enjoy my stay!

Short beds, with my height of 187 cm it was not enough. The pillow was very high, but that is a matter of habit. It was quite warm inside and no air conditioning. There were no toiletries except basic hand soap. Towels are provided for additional charge. You cannot boil water for tea after there is no one at the reception. Check in is only till 8 pm.

Nowhere in the listing was it made clear that this was a hostel. There were no towels provided which made it difficult to shower. The breakfast was poor - so much so that my wife did not eat anything.

A good hotel in a good location, but it has a few drawbacks. Pros: - No Wi-Fi in the outer rooms, good signal only at the reception. - You need to pay an additional 22 euros per year for a membership. This information is unpleasant to receive at the reception, if you did not notice in the notes when booking . - The price is a bit high for a single room. - Breakfast is the usual coffee, cobbler, cheese and bread... Pros : - friendly staff, - good location
