We stay here everytime we travel to Heidelberg which is usually twice or thrice a year. Very good value for money, convenient car park, excellent breakfast and easy access to Heidelberg. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable for 3 adults.

Breakfast was great. Room was nice and comfortable.

Front desk clerk was not present upon arrival. There was a sign indicating that he would be back in 5 minutes. We waited over 25 minutes before trying to call the number listed on the message/sign. Unable to call a local german number with my phone, I tried using the clerk's desk phone and somehow ended up calling the clerk, although I didn't speak german and he didn't offer to identify himself. He showed up a few minutes later, and he was apparently next for at some bar with friends--not sure he really didn't elaborate. As a result, we were delayed (over 30 min) going to dinner, and ended up at the restaurant 30 min before close, causing us to rush through what should have been a more relaxing meal.

The hotel location is very close to Autobahn, which makes it very easy if your traveling further. The room is really spacious, larger than majority of hotel rooms. There are supermarkets at walking distance. You can easily reach Heidelberg Castle in 20min by car. The fitness room is fairly good. The front desk is 24h, we arrived at 1am and the staff were friendly and check in was quick. Check out in the next day was also super quick.

The room could use some renovation. There is no proper place to hang towels.

Personal was very friendly, at the reception and also the ladies searching the breakfast. Rooms are very big and there was plenty of space to stay, also with a baby. We had an extra bed in our room, so we could use it as a changing place for the baby. Bed was King size so all 3 could fit very well.

Perhaps furniture and bathroom need an update with more modern furniture and finishes. It could look so much better.

Overall excellent quality for the money. The room was a spacious apartment (deluxe suite) excellent for a family with 3 kids. It had even a terasse on 5th floor to enjoy coffee in the morning. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. The Chinese restaurant next door to the hotel can be considered a plus.

Easy hotel to find with more than enough parking spots. Great beds, really spacious and big hotel room. The rain shower was nice to have. Breakfast was tasty and typical German. Lot of value for money.

On this very hot day (33 degrees Celsius), we missed an airco. Therefore the room was extremely hot.

The room decoration is outdated and need to be modernized. The bathroom has some imperfections, e.g. when showering water is spilled on the floor because of the lack of shower curtain. Also very less light in the bathroom, only near the mirrors. The lights in the room could be more cozy (not super white LED).

This was our second stay at the hotel. Again, nice and friendly staff, a good size room, clean, with everything we needed, comfortable bed, plenty of free parking around the hotel. We will stay again.

The location is not ideal. It doesn't seem like a good neighborhood. Also the garage is super scary and there needs to be someone at the reception to open it for you. So if you come back late at night you cannot put your car in the underground parking and there are only 3-4 open air parking places in front od the hotel

Good location for the business meetings I was attending at HIMA. The room was quite big for one person and it was located in a residential location with supermarkets near by, which was good.
